took me 12 seconds to calculate that, but thanks for the estimate that it would take you a lot longer, and thanks for admitting that you got it wrong.

it was immediate as possible given that McCall ran from Lewis rematch offer repeatedly. To help you understand, its the same way that Corrie would have rematched K soon if Wlad didn't flee from rematches against retirees.

and a CW for several years. Why do you have an issue with this?

I have never started a thread or argument like that, no. I have added my word to arguments that already have been started, but I would never start one of choice. You would, and just did - proof of the pudding.

Just a note to help you out with your bad translation skills - 'have been started' refers to the past in this post as it always does, it doesn't refer to the present as you sometimes mistranslate it when you are losing an argument.

np. sorry that you are so slow.

Are you saying that Lewis didn't offer McCall an immediate rematch? What makes you say that when he blatantly did?

don't contrive away from the fact that he was a natural CW facing bigger guys.

I have never started a thread about such a topic, merely taken on points already raised by others. If you have issue with others making these threads, I suggest you take it up with them.

    start with this one.

Why is'nt Aquamoron taking into account more than half of Byrds top 10 wins came during the Lewis era? Gee, I wonder!

wernt most of Holmes wins before the "tyson era" when does the era start when they become champion when the first start to box your logic is very flawed :huh because if it was when they were champions your list's are complete **** and very inaccurate and completely incorrect with the wins... if it is when they turned pro then all of the era's overlap and byrds wins were all after wlad turned pro along with every other era. :huh same with Ali to Holmes... hell the same with lewis tyson... etc..

best don't fight the best anymore because they are more interested in the money and they will get more money through sponsorships if they are the champ but from a legacy point of view it is better to stay as the champ for 10 fights and fight the best rather than stay as champ for 20 fights because you are fighting 2 tier opponents.

The logic isn't perfect, but my numbers are. And an era (in my opinion) starts when a fighter become the recognized champion. That would be '78 to '85 for Holmes, '86 to '90 for Tyson. It makes perfect sense if you're open minded and objective. Go back and read my initial post again to understand better.

Thats fine, but in the big scheme they're sacrificing legacy for money. Can't have them both without fighting better fighters.

Being versed in all aspects of heavyweight history I could watch anything but Wlad and be entertained. My f friends would be to as we actually know the sport and not just the Klits.
