Maybe he's letting his management team pick easy fights for him. You know, like Floyd said

Erm last time I checked Kirkland is promoted by SMS & not GBP & his last fight was on a Top Rank show against a Top Rank fighter, so that option is open to Pac aswel as Andrade at 154 also Cotto, Martinez & GGG.
You're also conveniently forgetting Brook should he beat Proter is also an option along with Allakhverdiev should he have a couple of good wins & then there's also Gamboa, Crawford & Mikey Garcia who will probably be making the jump to 140 shortly.

Thats ok.. Mayweather ducked the entire ww division and chose to retire when it was red hot.. Pac moved up in weight and cleaned up a lot of it for him: Cotto, Clottey, Margarito. I won't count Mosley since Floyd fought him first. Floyd opted to fight a fat marquez that was cheated ont the scales anyways, Victor Ortiz who was only at WW one fight prior to his fight with Floyd , old man Mosley, Robert Guerrero (again fought 1 fight at WW prior), and Carrot Top's sister, Canelo.

This is the one thing that gets me...So Pac gets a pass because hes fighting with Top Rank who has nobody? Are we really gonna talk about Pacquiao years from now and say "well he was with top rank so he couldnt fight all those good fighters his last years"?

You think about it he has really no OPTIONS!!! Pac has got to man up and end the cold war or when 2014 is up then he truly needs to sign with golden boy or somebody else other then Top Rank otherwise i will not give him a pass on not taking the top fights. Rios was not a top fight

And how many of those on your list has Mayweather fought? So Mayweather is ducking all those opponents too right? It must go both ways. Don't be a typical floyidiot now.
