Danny Garcia vs Robert Guerrero in talks

Guerrero would be a solid Welterweight debut for Garcia. I wouldn't be into a Malignaggi fight.

Great fight but Guerrero's come forward style is made to order for Danny.

 

its golden boy trying to have their dads go at it = publicity.

Guerrero is no where near Dannys ability, Garcia easily wins either by wide points (117-111) or connects and puts him to sleep

 

I think it's a tough fight for Danny and i'm a big fan of his. Guerrero has a rock-solid chin and doesn't lay down for anybody. He's also experienced, he can box, he can brawl... i hope this fight gets made, it's a better test for Garcia than Malignaggi would be imo. If he passes this test, i hope he fights Thurman or Porter/Brook to set up a big Mayweather fight in 2015

edit: Garcia-Maidana for the WBA belt if Maidana doesn't get Mayweather looks pretty awesome too

I'd take Garcia. We haven't heard from Guerrero since the Mayweather fight. It would be a year layoff. Definitely not good for him. I hope Guerrero's heart is still in it. Has Guerrero said anything lately?
