Yes it matters what he felt about the tests and he did the right thing by not taking them back then. If you're going to demand something do so respectfully, Pacquiao sure as hell wasn't going to bow down to someone barking "cheater" and accept his demands. Remember that Pacquiao already had many other solid options to consider.

I'm glad Bonds never failed a test. Remember what happened recently with Rios?, he passed all the random testing yet the official tests after the fight caught him.

Very true, because if Pacquiao demanded it he wouldn't do so with "cheater" comments coming along with it. Remember the endless insults Mayweather publicly said only to apologize twice for them?. Remember that he was almost taken to court for his comments?. Mayweather wasn't demanding these tests normally, he was barking and insulting. No one will back that rubbish up and I'm a fan of both since 2003.

Again I'll repeat what I said previously. Mayweather's demand didn't exactly come in a respectful manner. It was only later as he was constantly pressured by the media that he softened up and started to explain his demand properly especially after successfully applying it against Mosley and Ortiz. That's when Pacquiao accepted the tests and Mayweather came up with other demands. You can't just say "He should have accepted it but he didn't!, so it's his fault", negotiations don't really work that way, there's two sides to look into here. Even if Pacquiao accepted these tests Mayweather was going to find another way to ruin it and the easiest being "He should leave Arum and join TMT"(which he ALREADY demanded by the way ). It's only now that Mayweather is publicly admitting he will never deal with Arum ever, what makes you honestly believe he wanted to back then?. This blood test demand followed by public attacks and insults came to ruin the fight, they didn't come because Mayweather was serious about it.

You can take it the way you want to though, I just can't find ANYTHING to back Mayweather up with in this story. I had no trouble backing him up regarding Concreto, Cotto and Hatton fights years ago but in this story there's nothing to back him up with especially when he openly says things like this.

    [yt]t9V1wkNKxGs[/yt]

If he his self is admitting, who am I to say otherwise?

None were similar to what Mayweather is demanding nor are they as complicated. Don't forget that Mayweather wants whoever is fighting him to be tested by an organization he deals with with no other options whatsoever for the opponent.

That's why Mayweather demanded it at the time, he knew that Pacquiao would refuse simply because Mayweather is publicly disrespecting him and openly saying that Pacquiao is a cheater. I can't believe you can't see through the obvious and pitiful mind games that Mayweather played back then which the media had none of. He baited Pacquiao by insulting him and demanding that crap because he knew it would be turned down, then he later went out barking "I told you! I told you! He's cheating!". Fact it man, Mayweather never wanted this fight. Fact is, if Mayweather wants a fight, regardless of opponent, he WOULD make it happen.

I know that, this was in 2009. Shortly after that he brought up the testing with a bag of insults to follow which ruined it. Later when Pacquiao started to accept the testing, he demanded Pacquiao takes $40 million with everything including 100% of PPV earnings to his self. If they negotiate again Mayweather will find something else to demand. Though he made it easier and openly said "He can have the belt, I'm not interested in dealing with Arum ever in this life".

That's literally all Floyd had to say from day 1 and stick to it- that he was never going to deal with Top Rank again, and until Manny left, there was no chance of the fight happening. If that was his feeling all along, so be it.

Instead, we got a dozen different reasons and as soon as one was agreed to, another demand would pop up. This is just the latest of the bunch. If I were Manny, there's no sense believing this new demand is the final one and that Floyd wouldn't keep dicking me around and wasting my time.

If Floyd honestly was never going to make the Pac fight because of Arum, that's all he's been doing - wasting peoples' time hiding behind bogus demands. Wasting our time keeping his name in the headlines for a fight he had no intentions of ever making. Of course he couldn't just say that because that would be the end of all the publicity surrounding the possibility of Pac-Floyd and it'd hurt his brand. So, he just kept coming up with ways to keep the storyline running like a ghetto Arabian Nights.

Frankly, that might be worse than just a simple duck of Pacquiao.

If Floyd didn't want to do **** with Arum again, He would've said it in the first place. He only came up with this bull**** because all other demands were agreed upon.
