If Bradley wanted a Mayweather fight, he'd have one.

there are some truths and myths in here...
'draining' canelo to 152 was canelo's offer - don't forget that both Oscar and cotto are just welters moving up too...

margarito never did anything to earn a crack at Floyd....the hype around him and Floyd getting it on was after the cintron win. since then he got done for cheating against cotto and lost more fights than he won.

but...pacman and wiliams for me are two fights that will ALWAYS be a sticking point...

I know people often claim that there is a long list of fighters that Mayweather purposely ducked. But I think when you look at the roadblocks that were present, a lot of the times it wasn't all Floyd. I also believe that if pacquiao were a GBP fighter, then Floyd would have fought him. However, there is one guy that I believe whole heartedly Floyd ducked and I also believe that if these two were in the same promotional company, there is no way Floyd would have fought him. That man is Paul William. That's the only guy Floyd either ducked or would've ducked. And I don't blame him. Williams was a freak for WW. There were even rumors that his height was embellished so that fighters would be less afraid to fight him: story was he was closer to 6'2 1/2 - 6'3.

I'm a big fan of Floyd but I think he definitely avoided a fight with Margarito a few years back.

    Did he?

He asked Arum for 10 million to fight Margarito.

Arum refused. Arum also refused to allow Floyd to fight Oscar.

Therefore, Floyd left his ass and made a lucrative superfight with Oscar. Floyd made 26 million that fight. 16 million more than what he should've gotten.

    :think

    Explain.
