Who the hell are boxing fans, to tell other guys who to fight? Has your ass boxed as a amatuer or pro? Remember, this is bob arums fault alone! Floyd , outsmarted this criminal rat. This is why bob hates al haymon, because he see a guy smarter than himself. Bob, called mike trainer, ray leonards adviser the toughest negotiator he ever met! COINCIDENCE? But bob uses his leverage with the media, to blind the people to the truth! Why the contradictions, regarding mannys tax affairs, which were exposed by visionquest ?

Who said he signed the contract? What has been stated to you many times in this thread by me is that both sides sat down and negotiated a contract, Floyd agreed and Arum took the contract to manny to sign. Manny didnt sign it and instead made further demands and never once agreed to OSDT.

Find me somewhere that i stated that he signed...I'll wait

He never said no negotiations took place. I can provide numerous sources that negotiations took place in Dec 2009.

Provide me a link where floyd says no negotiations took place dec 2009. More made up things from you again, i prefer to deal with documented facts.

    Wow.

Who are we to tell a boxer who to fight? We are the paying customer you moron.

Did you send the PPV providers a pre-authorized payment form or something? Because it sure seems like you're willing to pay for anything, even if Mayweather were to fight ME next.

Under no circumstances do you turn down a drug test, any athlete in any sport that does is subject to scrutiny. The contract was good enough for Arum to take it to the Philippines for pac to sign, not only did he not sign he made further demands even after he already got what he wanted and not once did he agree to drug testing.

This is something that has been demanded before and accepted before, you can go on about NEW all you want but that's a lie.

Handpicked the organization he wants to deal with? Is this what its come to as far as excuses?

Openly handpicking testing?:-( What was the counter offer presented for testing in 2009? And its not like it mattered who did the testing because he never agreed to it. Mike flat out said holyfield was on something.

These days all extraordinary physical feats get put under scrutiny. Thats the era we live in whether right or wrong.

Used the baseball example to show no athlete in any sport is excluded from scrutiny. It continues to this day and is further backed by more and more athletes coming up dirty.

Never once did i state this..ever. I dont care for p4p myself and yes its mythical and holds no weight.

    Intimidated?

So it isnt reasonable to think a guy who jump from 130 to 147 in a single year without losing speed and having increase stamina suspect? This is a fighter whom everyone said was slipping because of his fight with JMM in the second fight. And pac wasnt so stellar in the few fights before that either, that was the question then. Then all of a sudden he starts moving up in weight and doesnt gain any fat but is even more ripped. Speed didnt leave him and look as if his power was there also all at the age of 29-30 where athletes dont make physical improvements. Power doenst carry up that many weight classes especially since he wasnt exactly flat lining the comp at 126-130(remeber the sanchez fight?) No other fighter ever was able to do that and when things like that happen in sports then it is up for criticism and suspicion.

He never agreed to it when negotiations took place, like i said both can say whatever they want to the media but when its time to sit down and make a fight you see who wants to make the fight.

So its okay for pac to demand something..check that several things and then serveral others when his prooter brings him the contract to sign but when floyd makes a demand that both of them are subject to its okay for pac to not accept?

That one demand?, seriously?. At first it was that one demand which was frowned upon by the general public AND the media. Later it was more money. Please man, this isn't even worth debating anymore if you can't see through it.

I explained to you why numerous times already, yet all you're doing is repeating. This is the last time I repeat what I already said. The first negotiations looked to be going well till Mayweather decided to bring the testing up in his contract or whatever with a load of public attacks and insults calling Pacquiao a cheater and completely dismissing his recent achievements. No one half sane was going to bow down to that except the likes of Guerrer, Ortiz and a desperate old Mosley. Please note that this demand was later accepted as Mayweather enforced it against those that were desperate for paydays(Mosley and Ortiz).

I keep repeating because you keep lying. DRUG TESTING WAS ALWAYS IN THE CONTRACT, THIS IS CONFIRMED BY ROACH AND WAS OKAY ACCORDING TO ARUM WHO TOOK IT TO PAC TO SIGN.

FLOYD DID NOT CHANGE ANYTHING FROM THE INTIAL CONTRACT OSDT WAS ALWAYS...ALWAYS THERE.
SO FOR YOU TO LIE AND SAY MAYWEATHER ASK FOR THIS AFTER THE CASE IS A LIE.

Agreed, that is why the mediator released a public statement confirming arum lying and breaking the gag order along with leaving negotiations.

Media also confrim that OSDT WAS ALWAYS IN THE CONTRACT. HELL EVEN ROACH CONFIRMED THIS ON CAMERA.

Already been stated by me, only one negotiation ever took place and that was in 2009. All the childish stuff by both sides aren't negotiations.

Fight has been completely off the table since dec 2009 because both sides never came together after that. And when instruted to call arum by mayweather, richard couldnt get his phone calls answered. Arum reply was that he didnt know who handled floyd's business.

    agreed, some of the most comical, check them out;

Cut needs 8 months to heal
Arum said Floyd going to jail so can't make fight
May 5th fight will be reserved for JMM-Pac IV fight
    **(FMJ sentence pushed)**
Arum says May 5th too soon for cut to heal
Need time to build large stadium
Fight should be in Dubai or Dallas not Vegas
Floyd NEEDS to personally call me -Bob Arum
Arum is not sure why Schaffer keeps calling him, so Arum won't return call

Purse has to be 50/50, even though Pac said he would take the smaller purse
Arum said he is not pushing for fight because Floyd is really fighting Guerrero
Pac is running for president and fighting Floyd would not be good press because of Floyd's disrespectful ways.
Arum doesn't know who to call to reach Floyds business
Floyd must first guarentee his purse
Pac says Floyd can't demand OSTD
    Blood testing weakens Pac
    Pac is afraid of needles:-(
Floyd is too big, at what weight will we fight? 140 is good, i dont know about 147-Roach

Need more time to promote fight.
Top Rank has investors needed for a fight of this magnitutude..joe jackson and falcon hawk ENT and Bobby Brown will sing the national athem
Mayweather is fighting Erik Morales so pac has to fight a possible other 4 guys.
    People won't pay to see Mayweather's style-Arum

Maywaether may not get a licensed by the boxing commision, so we can't negotiate fight- Bob Arum
We need a bigger temporary stadium to have lower ticket/ppv prices for the fans
    Floyd Mayweather's team are amateurs
Mayweather camp are negotiating through the media

Mayweather had his chance but he blew it in 2009.

Arum: "We still don't know who to talk to on Mayweather's side"!!!

And the most recen about 2 month ago when asked why OSDT wasnt agreed to. "back then we didnt know what anybody was talking about"

Conviently looked over the month that i posted. December 2009. Nice try though. They havent done business since.

Got to repeat it again i see,...THERE WERE NO NEGOTIATIONS SINCE DEC 2009..THAT WAS THE ONLY NEGOTIATION THAT EVER TOOK PLACE.

Floyd offering him 30 mil is irrelevant because even if pac accepts you have to discuss other things like venue, ppv, promoters cut, network cut etc. Any offers or agreement mean nothing until you sit down and talk.

    Manny signed
"Later Friday it became a done deal, at least on the Pacquiao side, when he signed the paperwork, the source said."

Manny signed, then the paperwork went to Floyd for his signature, where Floyd started to make further demands. Show me your sources

What negotiations were pac bending over in?

I see people still lying:-(. There was only ever one negotiations and that was dec 2009. Pac didnt agree to testing and Arum killed the fight not even 10 days into negotiations. Anything pac told the media he agreed to is irrelevant because when it came time to make the fight he coudnt bring himself to agree to the one demand for OSDT even though everything else was agreed to.

Floyd not wanting anything to do with Bob now has nothing to do with back then no matter how much you try to comically link the two.

Why? Floyd didnt come out and say i never wanted to work with him, he is saying he wont work with him from now on.

    All what demands?

I'll state it again since people cant follow......THERE WAS ONLY EVER ONE ROUND OF NEGOTIATIONS AND IT HAPPENED IN DECEMEBER 2009. ANY STATEMENTS CONCERING MAKING THE FIGHT WHICH INCLUDES STUPID 40MIL OFFERS OR AGREEING TO TAKE DRUG TESTING YEARS LATER OR SAYING YOU'D TAKE THE LESSER SHARE AND THEN TURN DOWN THE LESSER SHARE ARE ALL IRRELEVANT BECAUSE THOSE ARENT NEGOTIATIONS.

Leonard.. no need for Caps. Also, sorry to interrupt with facts, but here they are:

    http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/boxing/news/story?id=5412488

The man in the middle of the storm, Greenburg, remained silent even when pressed repeatedly to offer his version of events.
On Monday night, Greenburg finally did.
    He took the Arum/Pacquiao side.
"Fights like Mayweather vs. Pacquiao are significant because of these fighters' ability to connect with sports fans around the world. It's unfortunate that it won't happen in 2010," Greenburg said in a statement. "I had been negotiating with a representative from each side since May 2nd, carefully trying to put the fight together. Hopefully, someday this fight will happen. Sports fans deserve it."

I guess that's a good excuse to turn down drug testing.:-(

History will judge him as an ATG, First ballot HoFer and one of the most talented ever. If you think his legacy hinges on a guy who doesnt want to take drug test you are sadly mistaken.

Comical at best since he hasnt vacated. Lets see if his mandatory even uses his mandatory status. Bunch of bs with the assumption that he vacated.

Bob penciled pac in for a date way before the wbc saw a money grab opportunity

From the very same article in which you attempted to lie:

Arum said he would discuss deal points with Greenburg, who would then take them to Haymon and vice versa.

Leonard Ellerbe, Mayweather's other adviser and the public voice because Haymon refuses to speak to the press, said a few days after Arum outlined how the talks went that there had never been any negotiations.

He released a statement a few days after Arum's teleconference that said, "Here are the facts. Al Haymon, (Golden Boy Promotions CEO) Richard Schaefer and myself speak to each other on a regular basis, and the truth is no negotiations have ever taken place, nor was there ever a deal agreed upon by Team Mayweather or Floyd Mayweather to fight Manny Pacquiao on Nov. 13. Either Ross Greenburg or Bob Arum is not telling the truth, but history tells us who is lying."

Your entire argument is based on your claim that Manny didn't sign. Sources show otherwise. What's your source?

"Later Friday it became a done deal, at least on the Pacquiao side, when he signed the paperwork, the source said."
    http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/boxing/news/story?id=4715684

This clearly shows that Manny signed. Then the paperwork went to Floyd for his signature, where Floyd started to make further demands. Show me your sources. Otherwise, you're just posting with no facts.

The article doesnt say mmayweather asked for anything further. This is how you expose yourself when lying. Here you go:

Conflicting reports in the media are arising regarding the ongoing negotiations of Manny Pacquiao's and Floyd Mayweather's camps.

WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao (and Philippine congressional candidate) has signed the contract to fight former pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather, Jr, according to an unidentified source and as relayed by ESPN's Dan Rafael.

In a different interview with Fanhouse over the weekend, the Filipino champion denied signing a contract:

"No, because there are still some things that need to be negotiated. That would be premature and foolish. Nobody ever brought us a contract to sign."

    Thats directly from pac's mouth

    source:

    http://www.examiner.com/article/conflicting-reports-on-mayweather-vs-pacquiao

    and

    http://www.aolnews.com/2009/12/05/qanda-with-manny-pacquiao-i-want-to-fight-mayweather-very-badly/

    Pac didnt sign anything.:verysad

So what we have here is a few things, besides the fact that OSDT was never agreed to.

    1. Arum is lying about contracts

2.Arum never wanted to make the fight

    3.Pac is lying

What the facts are is pac never agreed to OSDT and he made further demands that were agreed to and still didnt accept OSDT.

    If yu read the article you posted you wouldnt have made yourself look silly the opening paragraph states;

Pacquiao and promotor Bob Arum met for two hours Friday to discuss the proposed deal, according to Pacquiao adviser Michael Koncz, who told The Associated Press that "Manny has some additional requirements, requests, which Arum didn't think was a problem.

Sign what when you have additional demands?

Manny admittied himself that he didnt sign.

    I dont expect a response.
