There was nothing to sign, Pac never agreed to OSDT. Neither fighter signed but one fighter did agree to terms and one fighters promoter took the contract there for him to sign and he asked for further demands even after he got what he wanted. Then when those demands were met he still didnt agree to OSDT. Then his promoter pronounced the fight dead because he didnt get accompanied to cowboy stadium by the other side.

Slander and asking for something are totally different things, That's the reason why he got sued and lost that lawsuit.

And Pac didn't turned it down, the only problem was the cut offs, further down the road the blood tests are settled. Just like any other road block and guess what we have now?
    Another one.

    "My health comes first"
"He can have the belt, a belt doesn't make me" but using mandatory as reasons to fight someone like Guerrero.

If he never wanted anything to do with Bob he should've said it in the first place, not after all his demands were met.
    That's just plain ducking.

    1) Mayweather doesn't need the belt like he says all the time, the belt doesn't make him.
    2) How does Pac become the WBC's no.1 contender after losing to Bradley, being a read a lullaby before going to sleep, and then beating a B-level fighter in Rios who lost his last fight before fighting Pac.
    3) All the talk about Mayweather ducking Pac, can't you see there is lots of resentment between him and Arum in that he will not fight where Arum can make off him.
    4) Pac was offered 40million dollars, the highest that he would have ever received to say No, and go fight for 8.
    5) the refusal of drug tests

People, it's fine if you hate Floyd, there isn't anything that stated you have to like him, but at least look at the facts. All boxers fighter certain fighters when the time is right. If it's to maximize profits, waiting to see what happens with other fights, fighters all do it but to say Mayweather is ducking Pac, why would he. Pac poses no threat. Mayweather fights better and bigger guys. Why doesn't pac go fight canelo, or Guerrero, or cotto at 154, go fight Thurman, Garcia, Matthyse, or kirkland

Pac pose no threat anymore...easy win big money. Ask yourself do you want to see Floyd beat Pac? Floyd fighting 5 other guys even if you combine it would not even come close to what Floyd vs Pac match would generate.

...and who would throw away his championship belt that's damn idiotic unless he's afraid of doing it with a mandatory challenger. What a waste of great boxing skills.....and no more excuses you must be blind or something everyone knows he's really scared. A real man would stood up when his legacy is threatened.

...i hope no more *** boxers comes after him it's ruining boxing and please separate yourself from true boxing fans, nuthugger! :smoke

I knew that Void would drop his title rather than fight Pac. Void is extremely afraid of Pac and everyone knows it.

IF PAC IS SUCH AN EASY FIGHT FOR VOID, THEN VOID WOULD HAVE FOUGHT HIM YEARS AGO................

Arum did his job of picking up a contract involving a major fight the pubic was crying for. That's what he's supposed to do when Pacquiao is going to fight someone out of his stable. Again I repeat, he didn't sign for good reason and he can make demands too, Mayweather isn't the only one allowed to make demands.

It may sound like a pitiful "excuse" to you but in general it's not, especially not for the fighter undergoing those tests.

Scrutiny has been something followed athletes for MANY years, Mayweather deciding to demand these tests when Pacquiao became an option won't change a thing. Didn't Rios recently pass the random testing only to fail the official one after the fight?. You can believe these tests will do something but in reality there's always a way around these tests. Just like these tests were created by human beings to catch things machines recognize by human beings there are other things out there not recognized yet.

If you don't care the general public do and I assure you it means a lot when it comes to negotiations otherwise it won't be overly mentioned by the fighter holding the title.

Yes, which means he was intimidated and impressed by what Pacquiao was doing. Why demand extra testing if he wasn't worried about something?

How many times are you going to repeat that and want me to repeat it for you?. I know he didn't agree when negotiations FIRST TOOK PLACE and I explained why. If Mayweather wanted to make this fight he wasn't to try and implement new rules based on testing he will dictate as he so desires. Pacquiao gave him the finger and moved on to his other options.

I never said testing wasn't in the contract, how the hell did I lie?, are you reading my posts?. I KNOW TESTS WERE ALWAYS IN THE CONTRACT which is why he was turned down the first time for bringing that up in disrespectful fashion.

I won't even bother go through the rest of your posts when you're not doing a good job reading mine. All you're doing is repeating the same **** over and over. I KNOW THAT TESTING WAS ALWAYS IN THE CONTRACT and I also know that Mayweather wanted Pacquiao to take $40 million in 2012 while he can take 100% of PPV earnings and everything else. This just in from Mayweather's facebook.

    https://fbcdn-sphotos-h-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-prn2/1510910_10151956632218113_633421183_n.jpg

"Take my $40 million while I take everything else, oh and you must undergo USADA testing, nothing else."

Give Mayweather some time and he will also demand that Pacquiao wears gloves from JC Penny selected by him, boxing trunks of Mayweather's choice and no shoes. Even then I won't be surprised if you will back him up for this claiming "IT WAS ALWAYS IN THE CONTRACT, PACQUIAO WEARS NO SHOES, ARUM TOOK THE CONTRACT AND PULLED IT OUT OF HIS ASS IN THE PHILIPPINES, PAC DECLINED!!!! IT'S PAC'S FAULT HE WANTS TO WEAR SHOES!".

Even the most hardcore Mayweather fans, myself included, can't back his junk nonsense up in this case.

isnt it obvious that schaefer and floyd are luring pac to leave arum. They know Pac is desperate, and the main reason pac got tax and money issues is because of ARUM.

Plus what is Pac to gain by staying with Top rank? fight more the same recycled fighters coming off a lost? join golden boy, he can cherry pick a bunch of exciting fights.

...and you call Floyd vs GBP fighters exciting , Floyd is boring get over it

As for Pac still has money to buy you and your house..you don't know what your talking about...even if he pays half of his billion to taxes he's still rich. He is not desperate he has tons of properties and businesses. Plus the fact that he is a congressman and his wife is also a government official.

He's just running out of time to give the fans what they want and Floyd doesn't want it.

Floyd has 1001 demands maybe next time he may want Pac to fight him naked. Ooooohh as gay as it is....:good

    1) Agreed. He doesn't. It's just a move from the WBC to make the fight happen. Point is, there is no fighter more deserving of that #1 spot. Mayweather SHOULD be forced into fighting Pacquiao, it's a shame it didn't happen sooner.

2)LOL the same idiots questioning Pacquiao being the #1 contender are the same ones defending Amir Khan's elevation to that spot a few months back without 1 single fight at the full 147 limit :patsch

3)Mayweather has ducked Pacquiao. If the Arum resentment was so great why go through the charade of negotiating drug testing and purse splits. Now that there is no issue on drugs and Pacquiao is flexible on purse he's gone back to the Arum excuse. It's quite disgusting and even more disgusting is people like you justifying it. This is a business. Arum has more right to a piece of that pie than Golden Boy who don't even have Floyd under contract. It's absolute garbage so that Mayweather never has to risk losing his legacy to the one person with a similar legacy

    4) Once again to you and all other Floyd idiots, Pacquiao NEVER refused drug testing, the cutoff was the issue. 14 days PLUS straight after the fight should not have been an issue at all- (by the way, he went on to agree 7 days and 1 day, as soon as that was all agreed Mayweather took 50-50 off the table, lol you couldn't make it up). With the cutoff, whose giong to juice in the last 2 weeks and risk getting caught? Mosley, a previous user, had his last blood test performed 18 days prior to the Mayweather fight, so why is 14 days such a big deal? Stop talking out of your butt, and just regurgitating what Mayweather says and think about the situation with your own mind!

The whole demand for testing only started when the Pacquiao fight came up, Mayweather is very insecure and everything has been an effort to defame Pacquiao and avoid him. Funny how he never demanded it in fights prior to the Pacquiao fight being pushed on him.
Mayweather is a disgrace and it's one excuse after another for him to avoid Pacquiao. It's in Schaefer's interests to say the same because Schaefer is the one who can easily be bypassed in any negotiations as Floyd is not his fighter

Why do people go on about "Why does Pac stay with Top Rank" - I know that the 2 Pac V Marquez fights, were much more exciting than anything Mayweather has been involved with. Who is there at WW at Golden Boy? Broner? Malignaggi? Maidana? Pac eats them up...Provo, Bradley and Marquez are better fighters than any of GBP's 147 fighters, maybe not Provo but he's damn more exciting at least...I mean Pac's sparring partner Shawn Porter just owned Alexander for crying out loud LOL - don't mention LWW to me, Garcia is good but he's slow, Pacquiao eats him up and we all saw Matthysse (the so-called new Pacquiao) is as 1-dimensional as they come...

What is it with you people, it's all about Pacquiao being with Top Rank. What a bunch of puppets you are, think for yourselves, stop copying your idol's flawed logic. It is you idiots and your obsessive following of Mayweather which is why he hasn't had to take the Pacquiao fight.
