Didn't you say the same **** about Broner vs Maidana?

Not so quick on the uptake, eh?

I would favor Ward but if he delivers anything short of his best effort to date he's getting stopped.

Kovalev looks good but we really should wait until Kovalev beats Stevenson and Pascal then we could talk his chances against Ward.

Did you miss out on Ward-Bika? If you didn't, how did you score that fight? "Couldn't touch him" doesn't apply to just about half the rounds in that fight... and Bika's no Kovalev.

Well, to be fair, Kovalev is much larger than Froch, Abraham and Kessler. He is a better boxer than all three, and a more complete fighter than Dawson. He also wouldn't come down as he is clearly an HBO darling in his own right.

The big difference is that while Wladimir has faced guys who are very competent boxers, he has usually maintained a vast physical advantage over them in either height, size, speed or strength. Ward often has certain physical advantages, but aside from speed most of those go out the window against either Kovalev or Stevenson.

Ward could definitely beat either guy, but I think either guy could beat him too.

If either Kovalev or Stevenson were to beat each other I'd make the argument that they have a considerably bigger feather in their cap than Ward has. Froch is the biggest feather in his cap, and I cannot in good conscious put him at the same level as Stevenson or Kovalev.

Not really. He is the top guy in the division right now, and should be the favorite against anybody. If Ward, wants to test himself all he has to do is man up and move up.

A much better fight is this or Adonis vs Ward, that Ward beating up an average size middleweight in GGG, which is just stupid.

Stevenson's wins over Dawson, Trout and Bellew are better than Campillo, Cleverly and Sillakh. Sorry bro.

If they fought who would be the favored to win, and which one wants the fight bad, and the other one is calling out smw's?

What is your point? Stevenson's resume is better and your claim that Kovalev is the best in the division is based on rather shaky facts. As to who wins - it's 50:50.

why would you rate the froch win over Kessler, when it was Kessler who beat froch leading up to ward - froch?

Based on this poll stromfront has a lot of closet racist here. Kovalev has beat no one. Ward would beat Kovalev with ease.
