There's no point in continuing the debate, if you think Ali was prime in 1974.

It's just a waste of time.

Wlad fights nothing like a former LHW in Jones, and a southpaw Mildenburger.

Muhammad Ali was a superman. He proved back in the day, time after time again he could not only win but easily destroy fairly fast 6'6'' guys with excellent jab and right hand with out too much of a problem.

Ali schools Wlad and his Brother and the image Wlad being even competitive what some people might have considering that Ali struggled by lesser guys than than Wlad along his whole reign is just illusion of Klitschko fan boys.

Ali schools Wlad and maybe stops him late.

End of the debate. Now all move on.

David Haye is easy to catch. David Haye is easy to catch. David Haye is easy to catch.

I wonder if line -Muhammad Ali was a superman, was too provocative?:huh:think

Why do people bring up the idea that Brewster was half-blind in the 2nd Wlad fight? That's ridiculous.

Brewster lost his eye-sight after the Helenius fight, two years after losing to Wlad. I recently read his eye sight was restored, which is great news.

Ali actually played with Terrell, taunting him for calling him by his old name, clay. he was criticised for not stopping him early when he could have,

Sonny Liston had a longer reach than Wlad and had a fearsome jab that terrorized opponents. Got his ears boxed off his head by Ali.

    So much for that argument.

this has to be the stupidest thread I've ever seen on here, your talking about potentially one of the best fighters to ever lace up against someone who has been beat by bums in his prime but give credit where its due dominated a poor era of heavy weights which is not his fault. but to compare these two is insane.

nostalgia is a hell of a drug

oops, thought I was in the Louis vs Wlad thread.

I don`t know who I`d pick in this one. Two of the best clincher/jabbers ever(just kidding... kind of)

Wrong and you keep posting this when you know its not true.

Lamon had to retire after that fight and fought the rematch with Wlad against the advice of his team.

Frazier beat Ali even though he was legally blind in his left eye. If Frazier could land his left hook on Ali without seeing the target Wlad would absolutely demolish him.

Who said 32 was past Ali's prime? Ali at 32 wasn't Ali at his best.

None of us have evidence of anything clown. This was a clowns response, lmao:lol:.

Every time you name a guy who put their hands on Ali, when we mention who put their hands on Wlad, you come up with some weirdo excuse a to why Wlad was ktfo. Ali fought killers and men in Gorilla suits. Wlad came at the end of the Lewis era, and has beaten a bunch of no hopers and inferior comp since. He probably beat about 2 capable fighters during his undefeated reign, and none had the skill or heart of Ali.

I roasted you yesterday, and this is my last response on this topic. Wlad won't ever rank higher than Ali, and only Wlad's biggest fans think that he can beat Ali at his best.

Wlad at his best was against who? Ali at his best was against who?

Wlad wouldn't have survived the 90s, with Lewis, Foreman (puncher's chance), Tyson, Holyfield, Ruddock, Bruno, and Bowe.

If your argument is that Ali was hit by people you believe wlad to be better than, then my argument is that Wlad was knocked around the ring like a little ***** by fighters thousands of leagues below Ali.
