Maybe but I don't think so personally.

Probably not but I can actually picture Khan winning rounds. I can't imagine Maidana doing that tbh.

I think Broner fights stupid so that made it easier for Maidana and made him look better. I think Khans speed and combinations are more difficult for Floyd to deal with than Maidana slow crude style

All true but Peterson fought as a pressure fighter vs Khan if I remember correctly, very differerent to how Floyd fights.

The point I was making was in relation to the thread topic. Preferring Khan to Maidana as an opponent for Mayweather. Seemed relevant at the time.

The reason I prefer Khan over Maidana is because with Floyd vs Maidana I see Floyd schooling him for 12 rounds, winning every round easily while looking in a completely different class in terms of speed and skill. Khan vs Floyd I see Khan being able to compete with him in terms of speed, Khan winning a few rounds or at least making a few of them close before Floyd figures him out, times him and eventually finishes him. I prefer some competitive rounds and a KO/TKO over 12 un-competitive rounds.

Most fans do not want to see Khan fight Void, but the fans sure want to see Pac Vs. Void ASAP! This fight would make Showtime huge money, but Void appears to allow his fear of Pac to tell him what to do................I hope Showtime puts some pressure on Void to make that fight..............

I have not heard nor read anything about Showtime saying no to Khan fight, but Showtime should somehow try to put pressure on Void to fight Pac.........

I say again, showtime have no veto over floyds opponents dummies! He gets a guaranteed salary + ppv etc. That is why pac is begging for that payday idiots!

Who knows if the rumours are true how could we?

I neither like or dislike Khan & I love Maidana', who doesn't, but I reckon they're gonna want Khan over Maidana. Maidana vs Floyd will be duller and as one sided as Pac vs Rios was. Maidana's style is baby steps for Floyd and there's a question mark: Is Maidana's power gonna be as devastating at 147 against an ultra defensive tactician that has boxed elite fighters at junior middle and won? At least Khan brings speed & barrages of punches, that may give the ageing Floyd a few rounds of trouble until Floyd figures things out, which he definitely will.

Anyone who think showtime have no say in who floyd fights are stupid. Do you think they'd allow floyd to pick and choose his opponents with no profit margin.. there a business. If it makes money it'l make sense to them. I hope he fights maidana personally. He's earn't it with recent form. It's crazy, before pac beat rios everyone was in agreement the fight was dead, he gets one win against a guy he was supposed to easily beat and everyones going crazy for it.

hope showtime and hbo will collaborate to bring the floyd-pacquiao mega fight to reality just like their collaboration in the tyson-lewis mega fight.
