I know he warms up by running for a while, then he swings his arms and legs about to loosen them up, then he dives in and completes a certain distance before taking a rest and shadowboxing under water for short, intense period of time. The benefits of swimming over running is that it gives his arms more strength and endurance than running would.
lol not helping.. how could anyone know klitchkos swimming routine? do you know his boxing routine? it changes everyday. get some swimming books and stuff and do that, or ask swimming coach what to do, that will help you.
Routine we use to do in the 70s might help. Swim 8 lengths. Find the depth up to your chin, run 8 widths . Get 2 plastic floating trowels 8x4s, one in each hand Shadowbox 8 rds.
