All this posturing from Froch is only losing him fans... Nobody wants anything else he's offering Ward rematch and/or Chavez Jr are the equivalent to a fish dis on the menu at a steakhouse...

I like Carl as a fighter but if Groves can hit him as frequently has he did and hurt him, how can he think he'd have any sort of chance against ward?
He got beat easily first time and its obvious he's not as good now as he was then, only one result if they fight again KO win for ward

Fact is it was a terrible decision. A complete gift. Rock and roll. Deal with it.

Edit. Just realised this is the guy who tried to have a go when I said Carl was looking to duck the rematch. Gone quiet on that front eh? Froch has put his track shoes on and now everybody knows it. Old fast car is willing to throw the duck under the bus.

When groves was giving the interview at the end of the fight the crowd were chhering him and froch started clapping them thinking it was for him.so ****ing deluded.best thing Hearn can do is sign groves up because that's where the future of matchroom is imo

I've always admired him in the ring but I lost a lot of respect for him post fight. It was an iffy stoppage at best. Froch was dominated for all bar 4 1/2 minutes of the fight. I think he would have stopped groves BUT it wasn't conclusive at all and he should have acknowledged that instead of carrying on like a twat.
There's gonna be a lot of interest in a rematch in the uk and around the world so it would have to be a decent payer for him wouldn't it?

carl froch is my hero. he's beaten taylor, bute, Kessler, Abraham, pascal, dirrell and fought in a few fighters backyards. he is a ****ing beast with a heart bigger than anyone on here and as one who has travelled to all his fights, I can say that ive had more value for money with regard to drama, excitement and celebrating victories than possibly any fan of any other fighter

How have I gone quite ??

We all know it was a bull**** stoppage no one doubts that.

In terms of the rematch my point was this is a business not a hobby or a rumble down the kebab shop.

He knows he will have to go to hell and back to beat groves in a rematch, so why bother at this stage of his career. Easier fights out there. Makes sense to me

Fcuk off! Only Carl Froch or his coward fans would say something like that. If Froch wants easy fights then he should give up this title or just retire.

It's unfinished business, no two ways about it.

As deluded as Froch is, he even knows deep down he had a lucky escape. Groves was giving him nightmares.

He should honour his after-fight words when Sky had both him and Groves on the ring apron.. "Get the rematch on Eddie". Instead, it seem's those words were all bollocks... the real reason he said that was because he was getting boo'ed by the 20,000 who turned up to see Howard Foster **** the whole fight up.

So you admit Froch is ducking Groves now? You tried to give me stick for saying Froch was ducking the rematch. Now he undoubtedly is. If there was one person in boxing who would make themselves look like such a fool by obviously avoiding someone it was Carl Froch. His warrior BS has been exposed and he he only does rematches with guys who soundly beat him it seems.

Groves was mandatory to Froch's IBF title so he had to fight him. I would have more respect for you if you would say Froch should retire rather than disrepute the sport further with his cowardly nonsense.

He should retire then, his style is no good for an old man.

I love how Froch is labeled a coward after fighting all the best fighters in his division, yet there are other british boxers who do their best to avoid anyone decent and they dont get ****.
