funny how you think andre ward sucks, but a 42 year old thompson is some kind of dangerous animal.
Thompson in his 30s was painfully slow and telegraphed all his punches....his biggest career wins are against unproven david price and joe average heavyweights like Timur Ibragimov, Kransqui. the only real dangerous guy he fought was wlad and was knocked out 2 times by him..... thompson is an average heavyweight in a terrible era

 

It is ashame when a complete bum Leapai is getting a title shot and Fury is know where near a shot and he has already beat some top names. He beat kingpin with complete ease and kingpin knocked out Leapai. Leapai beats a untested tomato can in Boystov and not gets the honor to dance with Grabimir for 12 boring rounds.

Show me some proof where Fury turned down fighting WLad?? Boystov will not become a better fighter because he never was. I'm sick of hearing all these damn excuses for Boystov. Boystov has not proved nothing in boxing. He just gets hype on this forum because he is white and from Europe. He was being groomed to be Wlads next easy fight. Leapei ****ing sucks and Wlad should not be fighting his at his old age. Lewis was fighting Tyson, Holyfield and Vitali when he was Wlads age. Wlad is just trying to pad his record and make easy money. That is why he fights in Germany. That is one of the only places he can sell this **** fight.

 

Comical, Fury beats most of them! Give him 5 more solid fights and I 100% think he will be a world champion. Price and Thompson are no where near good enough to step in the ring with Tyson Fury.

Are people forgetting that Thompson was offered the chance to fight Hughie Fury on the original Haye vs Fury undercard? The Fury camp clearly feel that he is a limited fighter, who is a test but a win for a 19 year old talented fighter who hasn't got that many rounds in the bank.

 

People need to consider that Fury is coming out of retirement.

The man retired after the Haye fight was cancelled for the second time. He should spent the next year or two easing his way back into things if he decides to come back.

 

'Limited" is a weasel word if ever there was one on these boards, the way it is used.

 

Fury is much better than fans realize. Wilder is a fraud who has never fought anyone even nearly ranked at all. How did Wilder get ranked #3 WBC$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ without fighting for it? Let's see Wilder fight a ranked fighter to ear his shot. Wilder appears to be hoping that he will simply be given a title without ever fighting for it and his mandatory will be a Sconiers rematch...........
