Just seen interview on BT Sport.Amir says he's been chasing the return,but Garcia SENIOR doesn't want the fight.Personally,I can't see it ever happening,but don't know what to think.Any ideas?
I agree,particularly as I think Amirs gone backwards.But I think hell get the Mayweather fight,get beat,and his boxing days will be numbered from then on.
He should rematch Garcia, but only after he rematches Prescott and then Peterson. Which, IMO are far more winnable fights.
I think Garcia has improved a hell of a lot since the first fight and not only will he beat Amir, he will outclass him.
Don't really think Amir wants a rematch.He was saying Garcias dad didn't want it,but whether its a white lie or not is anybody's guess.The first fight was convincing enough as it is.Or maybe Amir is pricing himself out.The Garcias probably would like a Mayweather fight themselves,and have earned it more to be fair.
Khan should fight Peterson first. its a classic example of why the public have turned on Khan he expects a rematch in a fight he lost but wont rematch people who beat him.
ok that made no sense atsch i dont see why he should get the Garcia rematch when he never avenged defets against lesser fighters like Peterson
He was ready to have a rematch but Peterson failed drugs test and aitted to taking PEDs before the first fight.
