Pacs first fight at featherweight was against the universal champ in Barerra a legend , Pac was still the super bantam champ at that time.

Pac more than once jumped up 2 complete weight classes to fight.

No losses doent define a career. The best of all time have losses. This is not gonna be looked at as much as you think, it has never been the defining factor before.

You will also notice that the guy with no losses always has less fights:deal

They were both from the same era yet pac was voted fighter of the decade, for obvious reason. People take for granted pac fighting at 147 now, but at one point many posters here said he would rank top 10 ATG with the likes of Armstrong if he ever became WW champ, deeming it impossible as he was already considered punching above his weight at 130. Pac has continually shocked people, Floyd has never done that. Go beat Ward, that would be the same achievement.:deal

best comment i seen in time

dont put words in Marquez mouth, he'll never fight Mayweather again because he feels has no chance. like i said theres a reason why he fought Pac 4 times. Pac had to fight him because there was never any clear cut wins, big ups to him.

I think Floyd fought a better one because he was like 3 years off the bricks. when Pac fought him it was only like a year and u cant say that didnt urt Cotto big time. plus the Clottey-Cotto fight was very close. not sure why Pac wanted the fight at 145 when he had just fought DLH at 147, mad no sense whats so ever. Yes Pac beat the brakes of Cotto i think Mayweather fought a better one. hell Cotto might even tell you he was better when he fought Mayweather

yeah and where is marciano ranked

You wont get guys that have 60 or 80 fights with a lot at the top level without a loss, thats just the way it is .

JCC was an exception but he had a lot of bum fights to do it with.
