ATG to me is skills and Resume. pac has a slighty better resume and Mayweather is a wayyy better boxer then Pac, hence why I picked Mayweather.

As of right now Mayweather is lineal champ in 2 weight classes, Pac hasnt been lineal champ since 09 at 140, im not talking trinkets, im talking lineal, that has to say alot also.

Thats an IMO. I highly highly doubt the best boxing writers would rank Pacquiao higher right now. I think Pac is top 40...maybe 30. Mayweather is top 30 and Possibly top 20
