Has to be pacquaio, hard to make an argument for Floyd. Still plenty that each of them can do in their careers though to change that. Fighting the likes of khan and maidana isn't going to do it for Floyd though. Even the canelo win might not look like much in hindsight depending on where canelo goes now,

It's actually a lot closer than many people assume.

Pacs resume is slightly better thus he is slightly ahead in an atg scale.

Floyd could only surpass him at this point by beating Pac in the ring as well as Martinez and GGG and perhaps even Ward. We all know none of that will happen so poor Floyd is stuck being the wealthiest prize fighter to ever lace em' up.

Floyd says he doesn't care about legacy and health comes 1st so that definitely has to be considered when rating him.

I'm not into the name calling an all that, and I've gotta give props to Pacquiao it has to align really right to pull off 8* weight titles and to me simply that is what makes him an ATG if nothing else you can not deny that.

The Mayweather-Marquez is really only significant because Marquez was coming into the fight almost directly after what in most opinions is a win in MP-JMM II in 08.

I personally don't think Pac was on roids more to do with right timing. FM himself never said anything about Pac being on PEDs for about a year and kept it PC with the clean up the sport bs. By that time your opponent has already freaked out after having everything he wanted met lied when I tried to compromise with a cut off then signed a fight in 2 days without trying to go any further over something as simple as drug testing. At that point you can't blame anyone for thinking Pacquiao was on PEDs because he acted like a guy that was on PEDs.

Pacquiao-fights Clottey who with retrospect is a nobody but imo he like Pacquiao caught Cotto at the right point after Margo I and beat him. Clottey is probably the most insignificant name on Pacquiao's resume but him and Bradley are the most prime fighters he's fought at WW. And Mayweather beat Mosley who he was seen as ducking maybe 3 months earlier. Whats even crazier is before FMM-SSM was signed you had Pac's trainers and promoter saying that Mosley was the real fight Mayweather should take but Mayweather would be to scared to take it. After all that then came the U Stream vid.

**** em both for not yet making this fight but again when it comes to fans Mayweather fans argure the fight didn't happen because of drug testing and when he finally did agree he couldn't except that he wasn't the A side. Pacquiao fans argure the fight didnt happen because Pac got his feelings hurt and FM is scared. Pick your poison

thats the problem with Floyd though.

He just wont take the risks that a Pac or a de la hoya would take.

I think right now today he could beat those guys and be the middleweight champion of the world.

    Wont risk it though

: Lol:: Patsch where was floyd in 2009 when pac was in his prime and said fight me? demanding drug tests when he never did before. all floyd has done is continue to make excuses to not fight him. its funny you are comparing this pac to the pac back then who are 2 different fighters. :bart one was younger and in his prime and the other was older and a bit worn because of his aggressive style and past his best

I voted Floyd, eventhough he would lose to Pac if he stopped ducking him.
