i would say i don't care. pac and mayweather both fought him at his optimum at that time. blah blah blah anyway. pac tko'ed him, mayweather didn't. same with hatton, who pac, once again, fought him at his optimum weight.

So Mayweather has always(except for the year he was off) been the #1 P4P but somehow Pacquiao is rated higher in ATG?

 

Pacquiao clearly won belts at more weights, beat better fighters simple as, Floyd may well be better but in terms of ATG status Manny ranks significantly higher. Also what Pac has done ie win titles from Flyweight to LMW won't be done for likely a 100 years its like RJJ winning the HW title what Floyd has done winning titles from SFW to LMW will likely be done within the next 20 years. Manny for his size should not be able to KO WW he is a freak of nature not since Armstrong has their been someone to do what he has done. Floyd has not fought the best you can make excuses all you want but he has had some very poor defenses Ortiz, Guerrero now Khan. What floyd has done has been done before Manny is a one and only 8 weight divisions that's superhuman. I think frankly had Floyd not cherry picked he wouldn't have that 0.

 

Because Pacquiao beating Barerra > Floyd entire career
