Pac has never faced someone like Floyd.

idiot. wada doesnt do testing. they set the protocols and accredits labs.

usada and vada are both implementing agency. they gather samples and send them to wada accredited labs.

the labs test the samples. vada and usada gather the results and report them.

unlike usada, vada actually reports to the boxer and commission. usada reports to the promoter lmao. and the promoter doesnt inform anyone until some blogger found out about it.

also, usada is known to break samples for no reason.

floyd is never goint to get caught because he has a bogus therapeutic exemption clause on his contract. it what he pays usada for.
