Whats there to like about muslims ? same as christians bunch of brainwashed idiots.

The uk is a secular country soon as someone starts mentioning gods most people think they are insane and stupid and not worth continuing listening to.

It's not like the usa where going on about god and thanking jesus is accepted as rational behavior.

Soon as he mentions allah people tune out.

No not even close to Hatton, Amir Khan will never sell out a massive Soccer Stadium against a unknown fighter, if he fought Mayweather then yeah but other then that no. Hatton had 30000 fans travel to Vegas for the Mayweather fight i doubt Khan will have 10000 travel for him. Look at the size of Hatton's purses compared to Khan's not even close.

People tune out when they read this type of **** - not even f ucking relevant

People don't like khan, people like Naz more and he use to talk about Islam more blatantly than khan. And he had more of a following than khan will ever have most probably

Hatton is a special case in the UK due to his connection with Man City (a football/soccer club) so he had the fans from Man City going to all his fights, the main reason the Mayweather fight did so well in the UK was because of the way Sky the broadcast promoted it - as number one v number two, pound for pound supremacy etc

The casuals really bought into it and it made Hatton a real draw, He was a real peoples man and someone who the public could relate to. Unfortunately for Khan, the UK public aren't going to relate to an asian muslim aswell as they would to a working class white man - its NOT racist, its just the reality of the society we live in.

No and it's not even close tbh, don't buy into the "Khan has loads of UK fans" myth.

Says who ? naz would occasionally praise allah after a fight khan goes out of his way to promote islam and ****sntani affairs and issues, naz was way different to khan he is from yemen orginally but in a war naz would fight for the uk not yemen khan would fight for ****stan and people know this so don't like him or the majority of uk ****stani's.

Naz is a normal guy he isn't big on islam he has a non islamic wife that speaks volumes whilst khan is muslim first ****stani second and british only when it suits him

Hahahahaha is that why Naz would walk with the Yemeni flag to the ring?
Is that why the president of Yemen would give him gifts (cars, rolex watches etc) after fights?

Oh and which ****stani affairs does Khan promote?
& by the way all muslims put their religion before nationality.

I wouldn't really call this that accurate, Hatton's supporters were vast and nationwide, if it was down to the football he would probably have less fans than he did have due to football rivalries.

Hatton was very well known in the UK, there were much more of the public interested in Hatton when he fought, a lot of armchair fans would come out of the woodwork.

Hatton was popular for being a successful, undefeated fighter that a lot of the public could relate to. Khan is disliked in the UK by a lot of people as he's ****y, arrogant and other than his fans, nobody's really that interested in him.

The Sky broadcasting sold the fight very well, they made people believe he had a genuine chance against Mayweather and that built his support to no end. I think it would be hard to sell Khan as a person who could potentially beat the number 1 P4P fighter considering his fights and losses thus far.

Khan would get more interest than usual, but nothing on the level of the support Hatton had.
