I assumed that he would years ago if he wanted to prove his pound for pound boasts. Pac and Marquez moved up from where they were comfortable at lightweight. Most of the great boxers move up in weight looking for challenges and bigger money. I figure Floyd didn't because he got the money anyway.

Not everybody moves up. In the 80s Duran, Leonard, and Hearns all moved up considerably but Marvin Hagler wanted to dominate a single division. Who knows why Floyd does or doesn't do anything?
