Lucas slowed and boxed more, it was so apparent even the "expert analysts" pointed it out. Watch the fight again, if you can't see it, just listen to the commentator's, they get it right.

Case n point I said he changed pace not overall strategy it's not as if he fiented to the body with the left more while looping his right and cutting off the ring that's a change in tact....changing pace isn't really considered revamping your strategy.

Plus in all honesty I hardly put any stock into the commentators while they provide good insight it's always best to go into the fight with virgin eyes and an experienced mind like I do....make your own assessments with objective eyes or in Lucas's case "eye" singular lmao

All the fanboys trying to make out Danny easily 'outboxed' Matthysse really DKSAB

Was a competitive fight that Matthysse had the edge over until his eye closed up. Lady luck was generous to Danny in that fight not to mention his own personal ref Tony Weeks. As a betting man I wouldn't favour Garcia in a rematch

Competitive yes, easily outboxed Lucas no....you not acknowledging Danny's denial of Lucas's constant attempts at imposing his will is where I believe your opinion is flawed. If Lucas changes nothing he gets beat again this time quicker with less rounds to claim. Leave the biased alone the better man won that night and having an eye closed is a hazard that comes with the game....

Lucas realized he could not hurt Danny and it took a lot out of him. As for the EYE being shut by luck... Fck outta here with your delusional BS. Lucas knows in his heart... He CANNOT beat Danny Garcia. Danny is a notch above Lucas and the rematch will be a lot easier for Danny. He has figured Lucas out.

Lucas decided to SUBMIT and take a knee. Those bombs were comin and it could have ended right then and there had Lucas not taken that LUCKY knee 8-count.

Lotta bitter @ss south americans still hurt months later.

Garcia did win 1 of the first 6 rounds. He didnt even start fighting until the 2nd half of the fight. The first half he was busy holding, hitting low, and butting.

Garcia beat him, but I truly think without the cut Garcia loses. That was key to fight.
