I still think it's just a case of his opponents being more defensively minded than he's lost his power. Since Cotto who has actually consistently been aggressive against him? Mosley had a go for a few rounds til he got KD and he has proven to have an excellent chin, Forrest is the only guy to get a KD on at WW right? Plus how much does Mosley weigh on Fight Night, 155lbs? Yeah he didn't KO Margarito but he's 3 weight classes bigger than Manny and was only stopped once whilst still on his feet. Plus Pac BROKE BONES in his face, I don't think you can do that if your haven't got any power. Bradley was clearly being affected by the shots he was getting hit with and had he been hit as much in the 2nd half of the fight he probably would have been stopped one way or another. I haven't seen the Rios fight but most of the comments I've read say he was was mostly covering up from pretty early on plus he's another guy with a rock solid chin who was 2 or 3 weight classes above Manny on Fight Night.
P4P Manny has power but he is fighting above his best weight class. I don't think he could one-punch KO Mayweather but I don't think anybody ever really said that's how he'd win the fight.
