Im looking for a good professional 12 week condtioning program. Too many beers last year and need to get fighting fit. Anyone know of any that the top fighters use?
I always thought boxing should be trained like an Aerobic exercise, I mean its 12 rounds of exercise, why would anyone train like an Aaerobic exercise? Honest question :bbb
Most fighters use PEDs because they are not strong enough for their weight, moving down in weight can improve conditioning without the need of PEDs, but its a slow strict diet Moving down in weight: * Increases reach & height, especially if you have a good jab * Increases power especially if you got a good straight right or straight left PED up in weight [if properly done] * Increases fast twitch muscles ratio /to some extent/ increasing explosive power
Thank you very much this is pretty much what I have been looking for. Well Im surrounded by mountains not to keen on doping though Im aware you cant just jump off the couch and train like a pro. Im looking at working towards a goal, start slowly and build on that.
