Mayweather could have realistically been 60-0 (KO 50) Undisputed champion at 130, with 40 consecutive title defenses. Which would have made him higher ATG than now & a strong GOAT candidate without leaving his own weightclass, however he would have sacrificed alot of paydays.

Pacquiao really was never as dominant as Mayweather, Pacqauio was somewhat vulnerable at every stage of his career but he just has the style to give anybody problems. Allowing him to be P4P higher than Mayweather now, he is lucky that both money and legacy fights were in his advantage

pac was always vulneravle bec he kept challenging himself.

just look at pac-dela hoya. 2 weight classes after only 1 fight in his previous.

and look at those how the fight ended where pac was perceived as the smaller guy coming up.

if floyd was your definition of dominance, what was pac's?

has mayweather done anything close to that?

where is floyd-martinez, williams, prime dela hoya, mosley, cotto, margo.

then you are surprised floyd isnt vulnerable on his fights.

I am a fan of both guys but you guys are just fuc, king ******ed. The truth is both guys weigh the same on fight night and probably walk around at the same weight. This is an amazing since they both tend fight fighters who are a lot heavier than them. I think are both most comfortable fighting at WW but could both make JWW if they had their heart set on it.

You point Floyd didn't make 144 but do not realize that PAC should be critized more for not fighting the LW Rios at a catchweight even though according to you guys he should be fighting at 140. See you fuc.king logic is plain ******ed.

I agree somewhat I guess. I like both men well enough but at this stage I would have to say Floyd would win the match as to this day nobody has found a way to beat him. The same is not true of Manny. Regardless the weight is a none issue, they are equal in physical stature.

fight night is unofficial. it is pointless discussing anything unofficial.

on fight night, one can opt for more power or more speed, or just plain hide it like mayweather does.

again, stop using unofficial data as a basis for argument. it will only lead to unofficial result, aka pure guessing.

edit: lmao, rios was already missing weight (caught using peds of sort to lose weight) at ww. he was almost a zombie in the alvarado fight.

pac was doing a favor to rios by having the fight at 147.

same thing 150 favored margo more tahn pac.

also, fight at 140 is perceived as easier than at 147 where pac is the smaller guy. at 140 he is at his best weight, however it is harder to sell when he is not the underdog.

and gtho of the fan by both. no one is asking you to be fanboy of anyone. what is needed is a clear headed fan that will put the sport first their hero second.

Watch this and hear, move to 9:00 mark if you want it from Floyd's mouth "I care about my health" when talking about fighting PAC - LOL

How can you defend all this?

wow this is one of the more moronic posts anyone has ever made, what makes you believe floyd is bigger than paq ? cause he is taller ? obviously you had yet AGAIN not done any homework you are just shitting out the mouth, like always..

paq has consistently been heavier than floyd on fight night for many years.
floyd has NEVER been over 150 ever on fight night where paq has been over 150 consistently.

back in 2010 espn or some sports station put out all paqs and floyds measurements and paq was bigger in the majority of said measurements.
both at 16 were 106, both in late 20's, early 30's coming in on fight night in 140's. difference is paq was draining to make 130 while floyd was fighting at 140 and 147.

    do your homework or STFU

Just curious, or is he just playing mind games again?

I feel like if it happens, FLOYD would either ask PAC, sign up with MW promotions and now here's a 20/80 split.

Thing is ARUM is a smart businessman and FLOYD can't push him around.
There are reasons why managers need to be around.

Pac would be a fool to dump Arum for TMT. And I don't think particularly highly of Arum, to put it lightly. Better to stick with the devil you know in this case.

Pac should only leave Arum when the contract runs out or if an amicable buyout can be agreed on to avoid getting tied up in court, and if he's going to form his own promotion co (ala Mayweather and Cotto). To leave Top Rank just to sign with Floyd is to simply get exploited by a different boss.

Floyd would just Don King him , make promises but want to rule his career and pay him nothing.

Floyd can be trusted to be Floyd thats all.
