Ruddock was in my opinion the most over-rated fighter of the 90's, hell Tommy Morrison as inconsistent as he was, beat the hell out of Ruddock who looked confused, and or scared during that fight..
Ruddock, had ashtma was a one handed fighter, who had no jab, he was also, kinda slow and very predictable, and had a so so chin, his best achievement was knocking over an over the hill Dokes who would have kod Ruddock in his prime..
A better question would be how could Alexander lose this, lol.:deal

Another in a long line of stupid comments from you. Dokes did something your boy Povetkin didn't...He became Heavyweight Champion of the World. Not an all timer for sure, But he won the title.

You Tube, is full of crappy uninspiring Povetkin fights. If a Cruiserweight can put Povetkin on ***** street, you can bet that Ruddock is laying him flat. If Wlad wasn't so safety first nowadays, he would have flattened Povetkin.

Ruddock was a decent boxer with a thudding jab who fell in love with his power. Ruddock, again is no all timer, but he's better than Povetkin.

So if those 2 fights with Tyson were Ruddocks prime, then damn he wasn't very good was he:lol:..

Tyson in 1991 wasn't nearly as good as he was in 89, before Douglas whupped his ass:deal, Tyson was at his best when he was trained by Rooney...

I agree tyson Was. On the downside when he fought ruddock Andrews at his best until 88with Rooney...totally agree with you...but Tyson ruined razor ruddock.

i see Povetkin being competitive for a few rounds until he gets caught coming in by the big left hook.

Povetkin is really sloppy, man. at the beginning of his career, he looked like someone who would do something in the division, but he started to go backwards every time he stepped in the ring until he just looked like ****.

    Razor has this one big.

oh, and don't forget that Povetkin hasn't even beaten a top ten fighter yet. his best win was against a finished Chagiev, and he still gave Povetkin a real fight.

look what a Cruiserwight did to him?

I believe the commentary guys in Klitschko vs Povetkin said the Povetkin had never been knocked down in all his amateur and professional fights combined. That's like 300 with no knock downs. I thought most of the knockdowns Klitschko scored vs Povetkin were bogus knock downs more like being thrown down than punched off his feet. I doubt if Ruddock would land a good punch and Povetkin would outbox him every round for a unanimous decision.
