Floyd was even as tall is if not taller than Salul Alvarez, with a longer reach, and he looked as big as him on the ring. Only Alvarez's head and waist were bigger. Floyd looked more muscular on the shoulders and on the arms. So, Floyd was weighting well above 160, that night.

    Pac "I'm afraid of needles"

Reality: He has multiple tattoos on his body

Bob Arum's 99 excuses over the 3 years of negotiations

You know these excuses and it's ridiculous

Only *******s can find it within themselves to defend such bull****.

If Pac accepted the cutoff date back in 2009, we would have had the fight.

He didn't and now he's irrelevant. :deal

Arum was not a problem when they both fought for HBO. When Goldenboy and Toprank were on the same networks.
There is zero chance of a fight with Top rank and Golden boy until the issue with the networks is settled.
Also Floyd's last 8 fights were with GBP fighters and GB is tied in with Showtime, why would Floyd screw up a good thing to fight Manny? All he has to do is wait until Uncle BOB has screwed Manny completely and Manny will be so despetrate for the fight that Floyd can make whatever demands he wants to.

    What mega-fight?
Mike Koncz, Manny Pacquiao’s adviser, has denied rumors regarding a supposed agreement between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather for a fight in September.
According to the rumors, an unnamed source who is close to the situation has confirmed that Mayweather and Pacquiao have already come to terms for their much awaited mega-fight and that everything that will happen from now until September will be “just theatrics.” The story came from a YouTube commentary posted on December 13.
Yahoo Philippines’ Ronnie Nathanielsz contacted Pacquiao’s adviser Michael Koncz shortly after he arrived at the airport in Los Angeles for a reaction to the story.
Koncz inquired where he read the story and whom did they quote as the source of the story and emphasized “It's not me, my friend.”
He added, “please do not believe everything that you read (about a Mayweaher fight) unless it comes from Manny or me.”
The two boxing superstars have been involved in so many rumors regarding a fight against each other. The closest they have been to actually signing a contract was back in 2010. Yahoo Sports’s Kevin Iole received a copy of the contract containing all the details for the planned fight. Mayweather and Pacquiao would have split the pot equally with Pacquiao weighing and walking in first and Mayweather getting introduced first. The two fighters were both on the A-side then but Pacquiao is the clear B-side now as he lost two of his last three fights.
Pacquiao’s camp declined to sign the contract as Mayweather demanded Olympic style random drug testing. The Filipino fighter later on budged on the drug testing issue but the negotiations still fell apart.
The rumors started up again when Pacquiao won over Brandon Rios in Macau, which prompted the WBC to name him as the mandatory challenger for Mayweather’s welterweight title. The undefeated American fanned the flames by frequently dropping Pacquiao’s name in conversations which were mostly to make fun of him or put him down.
Although the boxing world is in agreement that a Pacquiao-Mayweather fight will be one of the richest fights in boxing history, animosity between the two camps have prevented it from happening. Pacquiao fights under Bob Arum’s Top Rank Promotions while Mayweather promotes himself and works closely with Arum’s rival Golden Boy Promotions. Mayweather has also said time and again that he will not deal with Arum in whatever capacity.

Margarito had no respect or had no idea what damage Pacquiao could do to his eye ball. Being a proud Mexican he wanted to get hit in the face he's insulted if he doesn't get hit flush. So he did and got his eye ball mushed..

Rios was a bit cautious but the similar result ensued. Pacquiao went around his guard and sometimes pierced the guard straight through the middle.

Rios trained for 5 months, still Pacquiao busted his eye ball up.Rios and Rito both kinda looked like E.T. and it's karma for mocking Mr Roach.

Floyd pissing PACQUIAO OFF with his slandering comment. There's something coming for Floyd as well.

Pacquiao is one division smaller than Floyd IMO. Pac is of the same size as Marquez, similar reach and height, the main difference between the two is that Pac has been able to adjust to higher weights/carry more mass earlier than Marquez has.

If you look at Floyd's body, he never really had to add any mass on him, it was all natural with age. That said, even now he's more of a LWW than a WW. Some of the best LWWs are already heavier than him, for example Danny Garcia, Peterson.

All of you who think that Pac can beat Floyd are crazy!!
Manny has never fought anyone with Floyd''s skill.
He is a pressure fighter who wears his opponents down with volume.
Cotto and Margarito or any other fighter that Pac HAS EVER FOUGHT do not have half the defense the Floyd does.
By the 6th round manny's arms will feel like jello from missing so many times.
Manny is great when he is fighting guys who will stand in front of him and trade, and we all know Floyd will not do that.

Funny thing is ,Pac is over the hill now so even if the fight happens, the *******s will just say Floyd waited for Manny to get old and that is why Floyd dominated him. Even funnier, Floyd is older than Cotto and Manny.

It's because Floyd doesn't like fighting the best opponents available.

Floyd has said this in interviews on many occasions.
