Please. Pac was P4P #1 in the world and he was near or on par with Floyd as a PPV star at the time. There is no guarantee Floyd would've fought Pac had he agreed to testing anyways. Maybe it was just another obstacle. You don't just accuse the P4P #1 star in the world of cheating and expect him to happily agree to your terms. Business doesn't work that way.
