he is faster than ancient thompson, faster hands, faster feet....thats why moron....he looked 50 vs Puluev
name calling over a one line opinion, very classy. this is the same solis lucky to scrape by airich and Larson, btw. genius.
he still won, where as thompson lost. and because you used "genius" as a snide remark you get a pass for being classy? STFU
being as you started it, out of the blue. won against mediocre competition, just barely. Thompson has better wins, and has been in against better competition. if solis comes in at 225 lbs, he may very well overwhelm Thompson with speed. we all know that isn't going to happen though.
What would have happened if the Vitali fight went past the first round? I watched one of Solis's amateur fights on Youtube today, and I think he has a lot of potential. He has very fast hands for a big man, and has good countering ability.
Showed a big improvement in his next fight though against Yakup Saglam who is arguably better than Larsen and Airich.
Larsen tried to score an early knockout against Hammer and gassed in the process. The Nordic God of Thunder Larsen would crush Hammer with his, erm Hammer 9 out of 10 times! :deal Solis defeated Larsen though, it is therefore safe to assume Solis is the real deal.
Thompson has clearly seen better days and is now a gate keeper at heavyweight rather than the genuine contender he was in his prime. I'm not convinced Solis is as good as some hope he is. The way he lost to Vitali was embarrassing and the unconvincing performance against Larsen suggests he may be found wanting against the best contenders at heavyweight. I think Solis will win on points in a fight where he fails to impress.
