We should make a pact as boxing fans and promise not to buy another Froch PPV or go to another Froch fight UNLESS its a rematch with Groves?

If it gathers a bit of support and momentum we the public can make the difference,we can have our justice ...think about it, will SKY sanction another PPV if they know there is a boycott going on? will Froch want to fight in front of half empty arenas?

Who's going to get the ball rolling then? somebody tweet fast Eddie

P.S ,this idea kind of falls down if you are Froch or indeed dont want to watch the rematch

because you want to see 2 past their best fighters slap each others backs in the build up, and then stand their smacking each others faces with little or no technique for 12 rounds and thus contributing to their retirement fund

For a start, me. A 3rd fight is of no interest to the majority of people now.

Froch has unfinished business with Groves, he needs to stop with the bull**** and get the rematch on. End of story.

Yeah and Froch would take a load of **** for dodging George Groves to face a faded Kessler... the fight is pointless, public demand is for the Groves rematch.

Take a look in the Froch/Kessler 3rd fight thread thats currently being posted in.... look at all the comments where people specifically state they do not want to see a 3rd fight between them.

SD fully agree with your sentiments, both world class warriors with nothing to prove.....against each other.I don't want to see these two belt each other for twelve rounds simply for a pay day.

Wnaking is a far better way to relieve frustration than constantly banging on about the same thing.
Broken record, and whether its the moral thing to do or not, if i was in the twilight years of my boxing career, then i'd take the big money least risk option, many fighters far better than Froch have done the very same thing, and none were labelled yella.
Groves was miles ahead, then shot his load and allowed Froch back into the fight. Froch did what he's done many times and started to land big shots and press forward after being outboxed in the early rounds, had Groves done what him and his fans keep telling us, and finished Froch, then there would never have been a questionable stoppage.
Froch was complacent and underestimated Groves speed and power, he was winning the battle of the jabs early in the opening rounds and was then caught with a big shot which dropped him, his head never cleared and he was being outboxed for most of the following rounds. Groves started to slow, and as soon as his workrate dropped he allowed Froch a way back into the fight, although he was still outboxing Froch and landing big shots, he got caught by a follow up shot that buzzed him, he then backed onto the ropes and was being hit cleanly without reply.
The stoppage was bull****, but Groves allowed that situation to happen.
He may have been hurt, it may have been tiredness, it may have been simple bravado, but at the end of the day the result was Froch TKO9.
