Golovkin wants to fight all the other middleweight champions, but they refuse to sign the dotted line.

Martinez is a *not* a paper champion, he's the legitimate linear champion @ 160. Period, end of story. How about a little intellectual honesty on your part?

I don't think Golovkin has enough to beat a healthy Martinez. However, with the bad knee, Golovkin may give him some problems. I don't think it's a foregone conclusion that Golovkin beats Martinez right now simply because we've never seen Golovkin in the ring with an "A" list opponent.

Martinez is too sloppy to called an "A" list anything.

Hands down..mouth open..breathing heavy from the opening bell.

    He's horrible.

Time for GG to "challenge himself" against the guys at 168.

Look how many times Floyd has moved up.

Why can't your foreign heroes do that???:think

Some of you guys obviously know nothing about boxing and I'd be surprised if some of you have ever even watched a GGG fight. He pulls out with his hands down? GGG never has his hands down? Have you ever seen a GGG fight, Mr Pibb?? It is beaten into these former eastern bloc fighters. They never have their guard down. Ever. Even when GGG is punching, his opposing guard is up and he's guarding with shoulder and elbow on the punching side. A discipline many fighter lack these days. GGG's technique is textbook and near flawless. And some other idiot says GGG is there to be hit? Uh, no. GGG rolls, parries, or blocks with shoulders/elbows almost every punch. Slowmo through the "big shots" Stevens supposedly landed. Slowmo through the shots Macklin supposedly landed. You will see they are almost all diffused. Even the announcers get it wrong because at full speed they look to land. Jim Lampley yells, Hard right hand from Macklin, and in real time it looks like it, but you rewind the DVR and slowmo it, it skipped off GGG's shoulder as he pulled his head back and it misses. GGG did this stuff to Stevens all night long. Steven said in a post fight interview with Steve Farhood, I just couldn't hit Golovkin clean. I never caught him. GGG is not "there to be hit", in fact he's almost never hit cleanly. His defense is so underrated and so subtle that opponents will underestimate him every time until they step in the ring, and that's a good thing. I do think that such a subtle defense hurts him with the judges, though, as most judges (and most viewers) will think these shots landed because they don't have/use slowmo. So in a points battle, like with let's say Ward I think it could really hurt GGG, but in the ring he won't be hurt by his opponent. It makes him an exciting fighter, though, as fans think, My God! He's just walking through these shots, but in reality they are not landing clean. So go slowmo through these things on the DVR and you will learn something, Nay_Sayer and Mr Pibb.

    Why do you love him?

He hasn't done anything especially when you consider his age.

If he was Floyd's hue you'd be laughing at his sham of a career.:yep

If Golovkin is soooo good, and seeing as he has the blessing and backing of HBO, when then is his next fight off TV against some no-name in a third world country? Dude is *32* years old already....

    Eat a diick dude.

K2 arent Bob Arum or GBP....

    they don't hide their fighters.

GGG is available when any of those punk @ss biitches want to step up and get their cranium cracked.

Offers were sent to Quillin, NJkam, Geale, Murray, Barker, Sturm, Martinez, Sylvester, Chavez Jr........

Every relevant contender, prospect, titlist at 154-168 has an open and standing offer to fight Gennady Golovkin.

Yet it take a MAN like Gregorz Proxa to step up sign. It takes a MAN like Curtis Stevens to step up and sign. It takes a MAN like Matty Macklin to sign.

Martinez gets a pass b/c he needs to hit the Floyd Mayweather lottery so he can retire, but the rest of the big LMWs and all the MWs and SMWs need to MAN up and send a COUNTER OFFER if they don't like the career payday K2 is offering.:deal:deal:deal

Anyone can go watch the tapes. It's just not true. You saying it doesn't miraculously make it so. It's there for anyone to see. Download the HBO fight on your DVR and see for yourselves. Mr Pibb is simply wrong.

Name a fight and round Mr Pibb.

If MW were a stacked division Sergio would be in trouble.
    Hands down by his balls...
mouth open..... panting like a hound.
    sucker for right hands
His raggedy as.s would get fu.cked up.

Wonder why he left 154..there were some goods fights there...maybe that's why.

Geale is a good win. I think he has plenty of business to do at 160, before he fights those super middleweights you listed there. Sergio, Murray, Quillin, Strum, Geale are all good fights at middleweight.
