i aint , i just think it should happen as frochs last fight before retirement and a huge spring board for groves good for both imo , groves can come back with a title for sure and if froch holds on to his it would make compelling viewing and also would give groves a bigger bargining chip , if you think i aint a groves fan you will find your self to be wrong look back at some old threads :yep,

Most of Frochs fights are entertaining, not always pleasing to the purist, but still good viewing.
PPV is a touchy subject for me, i'm going off topic slightly, but i think it has been detrimental to boxing in general, although admittedly its made some fighters megastars and huge earners.
I think a Froch Groves rematch would be a great sequel, but at the end of the day Froch should do what makes sense for him and his family, and not just to prove a point. So i'm not going to slate the guy for taking a different route, especially at his age. To call him a ducker, coward etc etc is ****in laughable, just go back and look at who he's fought over the last few years, and many of those fights were away from Nottingham.

 

The more people whine and complain the more i'm not bothered about seeing a rematch. It's getting boring and annoying.

If it happens it happens, If it doesn't it doesn't. Groves still has options and so does Froch.

BTW people are speculating after Haye's recent pictures from the gym that he might continue ''fighting''.

Now if we as a boxing community want to start petitions and boycotts then any future Haye fights in this country or on PPV (if there is any..) should be the place where we show our anger..

Thousands upon thousands of pounds lost by his and other fans on travel and tickets and hotels and then fighters spending thousands on camps to not have a fight and lose that money.

 

The only other fight Froch could take for me apart from George Groves is Gennady Golovkin, that's the only fight he would get credit for if he doesn't fight Groves. I still think he will fight Groves next, give it time.

 

If Froch fights in America then I doubt Sky would sanction PPV without a massive show in the UK on the same night. I doubt many are going to plonk down £15 outside of Nottingham to watch Froch at 5am. Froch if he wants to fight in America will likely have to lower his demands.
