This whole thread is really a worthless exercise. Neither side is going to budge until one is proven right and the other wrong. So let's all just agree to wait and see. We will all know the answer this year: either he's real or hype.

What does ducking have to do with a racist website? He's been ducked by contenders of every color. Pick a MW top tenner, there's easily found links with them passing on offers, or dropping belts, or their promoters making excuses

    You're in denial.

GG pulls pack with his hands down.
He has another dangerous habit on top of that.

He doesn't bring his straight punches back.:deal

Everything he throws falls to his waist.

He can get away with that in a weak division but soon as it heats up or he moves up....those flaws will be easilly exploited.

Because of one round in one fight? To take a page from GGG, "Hey, man, are you serious?" You were the same guy that claimed Broner was the second coming. Have you been right about anyone? I'm telling you. GGG knows what he's doing inside the square ring. He's not doing anything without a purpose. You don't go 345-5 in the amateurs with "bad habits". I doubt he wiggles a toe in the ring without purpose, so I'll agree to bow down and kiss your feet when he loses to a top fighter (except for Ward, I've always said Ward beats GGG), if you'll agree to kiss mine when he wins. You can pick the potential opponents. What opponents would you consider proof of GGG's ability? Make a list.

GG is a KO waiting to happen.

Dropping his punches and pulling back will cost him dearly.

If a guy like Stevens and a shot to hell Ouma can expose critical flaws in his game don't be surprised when my words come back to haunt you.

GG is brought along slowly for a reason.
He's a 7 year pro with Macklin as his biggest win.

That would be impressive if were 21 instead of 31.

GG has skinny legs for a lightweight let alone a middleweight....:deal
    He has Flamingo legs.

Well to me GGG could beat more top MW but the skill level that we judge him with would be the same as today. He is a champion who fights regularly on HBO not a contender and yet top contenders to the titles are avoiding him. I think that speaks a lot about how his peers think of his skills and I feel that is a strong validation.

That's why he say "come on guys" when ask about who he want next on the post fight interviews.

He hasn't been brought along slowly, for the 12th time. You can go back years where top guys have been ducking him. It's not even arguable. ESPN still has stories posted about it. He didn't even turn pro until 26, I think. So get your facts straight, if facts even interest you.

So where is the list I asked for? If he beat what fighters would you admit he's the real thing? Post a list of fighters that says if he beat some of these guys, I'd believe the hype.

I don't understand the hate this guy gets. He's a good guy, respectable, a character, and he's KO'ing everyone. He's also clearly a good boxer. Why the hate? Forget the phenotype nonsense, and just enjoy the fighter.

I keep saying that he's going through what PBF was going through back in the day. Nobody wants to fight him because he's high risk, low reward. Difference between him and Floyd is that Floyd was willing to move through weight classes to get bigger fights. He was calling out 154's when he was fighting at 140. (Mosley, DLH).

I think GGG needs to move up in weight to get quality wins. No one at 160 is going to want to fight him, he needs to move up, and take some risks. Floyd had great power at 130 and 135, and got a lot of KO's there, but had to move up to get better fights. He lost some power on the way up, but adjusted and got the job done. GGG needs to do the same.

P/S unlike the other hyped fighters, I actually think GGG is the real deal, just hasnt had a chance to prove himself. YET.

There would be no hate if he wasn't so hyped up while having fought nobody. Making a career out of beating up on the Curtis Stevens' of the world does not equal all the hype.

You'd hate GG's guts if he were a Brother from the states...or anywhere:yep
