What do you guys think ?

Eddie Hearn mentioned he may have Brook out again before the Porter fight which is likely to be May time.

I think Lee Purdy would be a decent fight to make, Brook would win and likely look good in doing so and it gives Purdy another big fight and payday after his last fight.

    Thoughts ? :bbb

Honestly no because it's a fight at a lower level even to what he's been operating at and honestly doesn't benefit him before a world title fight with a world class fighter.

To make Brook look good? then yeah but we've seen Brook look good numerous times now. I just don't think it's worth his while and even casuals will cotton on and call it a poor fight. He should be looking for a learning fight IMO..

Also for Purdy he's coming off two beatings and i think it would be a tough sell and have to be put on a undercard and honestly it would be Purdy's cash out and i think the lads taken two hard fights and could do with a rest.

Brook should be looking at a guy who's had success at world level and is a threat but not to live. Obviously he doesn't need a war before a world title fight but he does need a fight with a fighter with what i call a American style.

Julio Diaz wouldn't be a bad fight at all IMO. If you want to be a world champion you deal with guys like Diaz who's still game and still lively but not that lively to beat a world class fighter at WW.

Sadly i see a South American important being brought in..

Good shout. He's going to be desperate to get back into mix and does dig and did ok with Thurman.

I think it's a tad to dangerous though for Eddie and Brook. I think they'd not fancy it honestly. But a good shout nonetheless :good.

You have to basically be a complete ****** to think he'll take even a remotely difficult fight. He is the mandatory for Porter, they will simply not give him even the slightest chance of being beat.

Diaz would be perfect, especially to help sell the Khan fight

    Sounds interesting ;)

Eddie Hearn was getting berated when Julio Diaz was suggested as a possible opponent prior to Brook vs Senchenko.

I'm Hopeful he will fight someone highly ranked with the IBF like Bundu or Jo Jo Dan.

Dave Coldwell recently said on Ringside Hearn and Brook would be mad to even think about a fight like Bundu. So i can't see Julio Diaz or Jo Jo dan getting the nod either. I think we'll probably see Brook in with somebody with a decent record ranked between 60-100 mark in the division. Tbh I wouldn't be surprised if it was Purdy, but i hope not.

He should fight for a silly title which means he gets a 12 rounder, there was a good call from Jamie Moore on ringside for Bundu!

    Why the hell not …………….

If Frankie Gavin can be made thats an intriguing fight, one Brook and team will probably see as an easy nights work, well easy in comparison :D
