The day canelo sign the contract to fight Lara i gonna give him all the respect in the world.
Remember Canelo did fight Floyd a welterweight. Lara is something different more of a physical treath, could even k.o Canelo !

Stop the press. I actually agree with Mr Pibb--didn't see that ever happening. If we're going to see Canelo v a pressure fighter, Kirkland might be more entertaining. I think Angulo is right up Canelo's alley for his first fight after his spanking. I don't see Angulo winning that one.

He should fight Kirkland instead because that was a great fight with Tapia.

    This!

There was a time Angulo looked dangerous. I give Angulo no chance against Canelo now.

This! He's a poorer version of Margarito with limited to no head movement.

This fight is a stay busy fight nothing more.

I wonder if they'll be able to bill this as PPV worthy, but I still think that this beats the Molina fight.

canelo gained all the respect when he refused to be on floyd's undercard electing to be on his own than be used by floyd.

he lost all that when he bent over and allowed floyd to drain him.

man. he was screwed by dela hoya and worst oscar left him to dry going on vacation (rehab *cough *cough*).

canelo is beaten mentally and psychologically.

it is like being vocally proud of your parents then later finding out youre just adopted.

canelo's pride is destroyed. the very people he trusted screwed him for money he will earn in his carreer.

A welter? Floyd Mayweather is as tall as Alvarez, but has a longer reach. In the ring, they looked evenly big. So, according to some posters here, Mayweather was a light heavyweight that night. :deal

Yeah, that sums up perfectly Alvarez's situation.
He has been used and then dicharged.
    That fight really looked fixed.
