Adonis Stevenson: "Kovalev fight will happen this year"

Stevenson beats everyone at 175, including Hopkins and Ward.

 

Of course this fight will happen, its to big not to.

 

I've got no concerns about this fight coming off, and I don't buy the rubbish about Stevenson being scared. It'll be big now, but even bigger the 2nd half of 2014 with a little more buildup. It's clear these two are on a collision course.

 

This is without a doubt a late 2014 fight. I agree.

 

this fight will 'marinate', and one of those guys will lose before they end up fighting each other.

 

Stevenson will destroy Kovalev, won't be nearly as interesting as a B-Hop fight

 

They are probably near evenly matched. Honestly, I think it would be a fantastic fight with probably very close odds on the books.

 

It will be closer than the fanboy in me is willing to admit and definitely a must watch, but Kovalev isn't quick enough to bang with Stevenson on the inside and I think Stevenson would put him on his back foot very early. Mid round KO.

Honestly I think Nard is the only LHW who could beat him today.

Stevenson called Ward out live on HBO, said he would fight Ward at 175 or 168, but Ward refused to even answer him. Hopkins said he would never fight Kovalev or Stevenson. Hopkins lost to Dawson! Stevenson or Kovalev would murder Hopkins. Kovalev was Hopkins' mandatory, but Hopkins refused to fight him, so Kovalev went into Cleverly's home town and knocked him out, won the WBO title. He knew that Hopkins would never fight him. Ward? LOL! He will not come anywhere near Stevenson period..........
