    that would be Dempsey-Willard
Willard was down 7 times in first round, suffered broken jaw, cheekbone, and ribs, as well as losing several teeth

The Dempsey-Willard fight is why I made this thread because I just watched it again and I new it was widely considered the worst beating ever in a ring.

what amazed me,them referee didnt stop this, even when willard was being beaten when on his knees..
not even thinkable today, for referee to allow something like that to continue for 3 rounds

FOREMAN vs FRAZIER 1. In recent times i like Mosley/Margarito and Mosley/Mayorga.
Tyson/Lewis can be difficult to watch. Iron chin on Kid Dynamite though

any one of a number of margarito fights

pacquiao against any one of his numerous durable punch bags

floyd vs gatti was masterful brutality

jmm vs peden was so brutal peden threw up in his corner

injin chi vs brodi was hideous

sickest one ive seen was Marciano - ****ell. you could have shot Don with an elephant gun that night and he would still have kept going

It's got to be Ali against Holmes, the fight left me in tears. Can't believe Angelo Dundee let it go on for that long. I feel that fight had a big impact on Ali's already declining health.
