Alright so he lost to marquez with a punch that would off knocked anyone out. hes just all wrong I believe for floyd to the fact I would actually stake my monthly wage on the UD's for pacquiao. I think floyd would not been able to get his shots off because of the volume of awkward punches pacquiao throws, his food speed to change angle is all wrong for floyds stance. he would just be in defence mode all night.

Pacquiao agree to fight Mayweather, but Mayweather is making excuses.... but the excuses you hear from team Pacquiao is MOSTLY coming from BOB arum.

maybe back in 2010 Pac's volume of punches would have had an affect on floyd and maybe bothered him, but since 2010 pacs punch output isnt as beastmode as it used to be, when he fought Bradley he only fought for like the last 30 secs of each round.If Pac can get back to that beastmode mentality where he throws 125 punches a round then yeaaa...he could give floyd problems.....only thing is, he hasnt been that guy in a few yrs.

 

Pac will no doubt cause Floyd some problems, esp early in the fight. But his awkward style can be used against him as well as his in and out movement.

Floyd would probably go with the high guard and walk pac down landing timed straight rights and check left hooks.

If Pac is going to beat Floyd, he would have to do his work early and often. As the fight wears on it would favor Floyd. IMO

 

Mayweather has never faced somebody with the speed and punch volume of Pacquaio, and Pacman has never faced somebody with the ring i.q. and defensive technique of Floyd. That's why it's still the most intriguing fight in boxing and still a toss up as far as I'm concerned. Anybody who says otherwise is clearly biased. If I had to bet my life I would bet on Floyd because I just think he will always find a way to win but I'd be sweating profusely the whole fight.
