Pacquiao vs Jessie Vargas

    I'm thinking this fight may end up happening on April. Both Bradley and Provodnikov are asking for too much money and neither bring in a ton of demand from the fans. I could see Arum switching to his young fighter in Vargas who has the size and speed to atleast be competitive for half the fight anyways. Jessie comes at a lower price tag, and if he pulls the upset or even gives a good fight, Arum has a new star to build on.

    I have a little more intrigue to see this fight than the other two and definitely more than I did to see Rios in there.

    Pac had his tuneup with Rios.

    Time to get back in against top3s. He should go after whoever Mayweather decides to avoid like he almost always has. :yep

    GB fighters appear off limits, that leaves only Bradley and Provodnikov as Marquez is an absolute no. Your choices are therefore Bradley or Provodnikov. Manny already beat Bradley in a not that exciting one-sided fight and was robbed. Not much excitement in the rematch.

    Provodnikov is only exciting if he can land that killer punch, otherwise he'll likely be completely outboxed as bad as Rios just was. When Bradley decided to box Provodnikov, he took him out of the fight. Manny would hit and move all night.

    That fight wouldn't last past the 6th round. Pacquiao would have Provodnikov's face looking worse than Rocky Balboa's face after his 1st fight with Apollo Creed. Stoppage on cuts, guaranteed.

    Pac vs. Vargas by the way is complete trash even in the hypothetical.

    I can't dare imagine that happening. Would be his worst opponent since... well I guess only 2010 Margarito, not too long.

    pac would fight abregu before vargas

    pac/ruslan would be bice.
    i kno roach trains them both or whatever
    but if i remember correctly was roach even in the corner for alvarado fight?
