This is exactly what I hate about a lot of boxing fans. They take strange pleasure in seeing certain fighters get beat and they let there bias overblow certain events. Broner will be just fine. This was no career altering loss. It was the same thing after Pac got knocked out. Everyone said he was done. He looked pretty good to me in his last fight. Fighters bounce back. AB is not done. People need to grow up :-(

Time will tell if will see a repeat of the last fight. If Broner comes in focus with no BS fooling around tactics, he could pull off the victory. He has the skill to do it, he just have to let his hands go and stop waiting for the perfect opening. He should know by now he's no Mayweather.

    Footwork - for world level
    This content is protected

Defense - average at best (got hit by widest possible shots over and over again)
    Combination punching - average
    Power at 147 - decent
    Punch output - terrible
    etc
I just dont see what people think of when they mention his skills...

    Wow Blizzy:think
I am impressed with your thought process unlike MR Pibb who I **** on weekly:lol:

Valid points and I would watch this fight again to see if AB has recovered mentally and if he can show up with a new problem for Maidana to solve:hey

Re watch the fight, Ref was terrible . I don't mind though i enjoyed watching Maidana beat Broner up for 9 of the 12 rounds. It was more fun than a quick KO. Broner showed toughness i agree with but he got battered and beat to the punch most of the fight.

A wide UD loss to an "unskilled Boxer who won't land a glove on him" and he got dropped twice , dry humped and had his hair combed post fight. It couldn't have gone any worse for him if you think about it,

Dramatic? Yes but only because AB is a loud mouth & was getting his ass whooped all night. In terms of a boxing fight, Broner did not do anything special, one sided fight.

I just think its kind of shitty that Midana has the biggest wins of his career (clear one sided win) & Broner acts as if he is entitled to a rematch when he does not believe in giving rematches, in broner's own words "he lost". Midana needs to move forward & broner needs to go to the back of the line he lost his "O"

Did you read the part where I said it's not fair? I'm just dealing in reality.

Did I emply that you think its fair? I said i think its shitty that AB feels he is entitled to a rematch. He's not, & Midana has bigger fish to fry.

Just like floyd & AB say, beat some people & then come back to him.

Midana has more options (Thurman, Garcia, Floyd) that will progress his resume.

I agree the ref was, like the Khan fight, keeping ABs nutsac warm most of the night and Broner would look to the ref like HELP ME JESUS:rofl:nut

Rematch Maidana still punks his ass:hi:

Rematch for another beating, why not? And he would have been counted out in the second round, but Cole gave him a long count.

    I agree:good
It took Maidana months under Garcia to perfect his skill so AB has no time to change his flat foot dance:rofl

Hey Busta, AB is what he is, I called out AB fans on his footwork for months but no one listened. I really would enjoy watching Maidana put on another vicious beating on aB but i would rather Maidana get another big fight. Garcia, Khan 2, Floyd/Pacman seem unrealistic but you never know.

Maidana has bigger fish to fry, AB has to earn a shot.
