Same Morales who went life and death with Maidana.

Same Zab who went the distance and BEAT Lucas.

Post like yours prove boxing fans are the most full of shet fans in all sports. Will say anything to detract from a fighter they hate.

Garcia knocked Morales the FACK out. LMAO

A lot of guys fighting at 147 who should be fighting at 140 could give Garcia problems. Bradley I see beating Garcia @ 140. I feel provodnikov would get outboxed, but landing the right shots he could pull it off. I hate to mention this name but broner could even get thrown in the mix. There are a lot of fights @ 140 to be made and hopefully some big paydays for Garcia. He has done a lot, but not enought to be 'the man' yet IMHO.

Agree with everything except the underlined.

140 actually really sucks right now and for the past year.

Danny Garcia is The Champ @140lbs. I'm not even a Danny Garcia fan but who else would it be?
The only thing he realistically has left to do in his division is maybe fight the winner of Peterson v Jean to try and pick up the IBF. Lamont Peterson is the fight that he wanted anyways.

Still Garcia. When Pac moved up and formally relinquished his Ring title (and the IBO title, for what it's worth) back in 2010, he relinquished the lineal title as well. Pac can come back and challenge for the lineal title, but he'd have to face Garcia, who claimed the lineal championship in his absence. A victory over Provo merely establishes him as a top contender.

Technically no, but if he isn't...who is? Provodnikov would have a decent case if he had a couple high profile wins, but the problem is that Garcia has already beaten all the guys that would have strengthened Provo's argument. Danny is the undisputed #1 junior welterweight in the world and most would consider him the lineal champion as well.

Pacquiao hasn't fought there since 2009 so he's no longer the linear champion at 140.

Does it matter ? He's the best 140 pounder in the planet ! The lineal champ doesn't always equate to the best guy in the division !

He's the man at 140lbs, that's all that matters.

Pac can f off. He retired from the ddivision years ago. Cant really be champ if you haven't fought in the division for years now.
Khan and Bradley were the best at 140. Bradley left and Khan was the nr 1 guy but not a true champ. Peterson got a SD over him and Garcia ktfo him. Matthysse beat Peterson and Garcia beat Lucas.
Garcia has been the man to beat for a while but he is now the undisputed champ @ 140.

Stevenson is in a similar position that Garcia was but he actually has the lineal belt.
