    You idiot you can only request medical record for criminal charges and only by the state.

    You can't just request someone private medial record cause you want them you idiot.

    A person medical history has nothing to do with drug testing which any and every athlete submits too, but his medical records are not part of that.

    Hey dumbass, Mayweather's lawyers requested Pacquiao's medicals when Pac sued Mayweather. When Mayweather decided to countersue Pac, Pac's lawyers did the same thing.

    Guess who blinked? That's right, Mayweather.

    Here's a FACT: Pacquiao has never been caught using PEDs. However, Floyd was caught admitting he's a coward.
