The Klitschko business model is very impressive. Both are well spoken, articulate.

The smartest boxer is probably some journeyman no one has heard of.

 

Mayweather's ring IQ is arguably unequaled. It's undeniable that he is able to generate more interest in his fights than other fighters. He also seems to spend his money rather foolishly. Hey, it's his money, but one day those boxing checks will stop rolling in. His most aggressive fans point to him making $80 million in one year, but uncle sam gets almost half. Then the promoters, his "staff", trainer. How much is he really taking home. He buys new super-cars like crazy. He blows fortunes on sports betting. That's just the stuff we know about.He lives a billionaire lifestyle when he makes millions.

Sure he has TMT clothing, but fashion is very volatile, and it seems to be hype-beast type articles that they sell. It can fold up over night.

Out side of the ring Bernard Hopkins, The Klitchko's seem to be the smartest most business savvy boxers. Even Oscar, with his coke habit, was smart enough to invest in a long term viable business. I wouldn't be surprised if Mayweather is broke in 10 years.
