Are some of you serious about praising a potential fight between Pac and Guerrero? When Guerrero fought Mayweather people hated and said all kinds of dumb things. Now, there's talk about Pac fighting Guerrero and people are excited about it. Mayweather was right when he said " Damn if you do, damn if you don't" Mayweather will never win when it comes to you one night fans.

    thing is..

    floyd is scared.

    jmm is scared.

    timmy is scared.

cotto (same trainer) fighting sergio/won't come down.

pac-provo (sparring partner/same trainer/friend) would end up being like a sparring session with lots of glove taps.

pac-guerrero or anybody for a stay busy fight is alright.

    Yes Floyd is scared

JMM isn't , he fought the guy 4 times and KO'd him in the last one.

    Timmy is scared too.

Cotto , They're done and he's in a different division now, their first fight wasn't even close to warrant a rematch.

Provo is a good fight, upcoming strong fighter.

    Guerrero is a bull**** fight.

Well he is afraid. He's getting offered career high payday but dont want the fight, he emphasized that he wants to keep that memory of him winning. Basically saying he doesn't wanna risk losing in a rematch and take that glory away from him.

Fair play to him, but he is definitely afraid to risk it. Dont forget he was down and busted up before landing that KO last fight.

He's sick of it. He has no more motivation to go at it.

The guy fought Pac 4 times and you people still call him a coward or afraid?
If anything *******s are just bitter because JMM has his number and that KO. JMM beat Pac on that fight after the rubber match. Just deal with it.

Lets be honest, if he wanted to box someone just for the hell and fun of it I would assume his first choice would be Pac. There's something about those two that if they go in the ring together its just awesome.

Why should he not !! Its about time boxing fans see the true nature of boxing. They should understand that the bigger the boxer purse the less the promoter makes and this is why the promotor will do his damnest to see that the boxer makes as little money as possible.
Promoter are not in it for the best interest of the fighter, that not his job it the fighter manager job . But so many manager work for the promotor and take advantage of the fighter. This is an ugly truth that need to come out about the sport. Like football player boxer are left with the scars of their sport way after they're careers are over.

The Ghost is not getting the fight. There is 0 chance he'll get the fight.

He's still under contract with Golden Boy. The chances of him getting out of that contract are slim to none. If he somehow able to get out of contract, he'll be in court for a long time...I'm talking 9 months at least.

So people who think this fight is happening...stop. The fans don't want it and Golden Boy won't allow it.

Dont see the fight being relevant in today's boxing.

The ghost had his one lucky shot , shouldn't get another.

Dam this guy is so poor, I thought Hatton was lucky but at least he did bring something to the table.

Pretty amusing pac is getting shat on for doing what he's done his whole career

He's arguably a bigger cherrypicker than Mayweather

The difference here is that a football player has no choice over what teams they play against -- the schedule is chosen for them, and they HAVE TO PLAY THE BEST TEAMS AVAILABLE. PERIOD. Please don't compare a football player's schedule to Floyd.

Also, what the hell are you talking about "The bigger the boxer purse, the less the promotor makes". Do you understand how percentages work?

Bottom line, Floyd is turning boxing more and more into a carefully crafted piece of entertainment than a sport. Sure, that's great for the fighters, but it means we as paying fans don't get to see the best fights that are available.
