I agree with this. I remember him at the time being rated about 3 or 4 p4p but a lot of people didn't think he was looking very good and at the time though he was on the slide.

I'd have a few guys like Cotto, Hopkins etc. above him at that time but there were probably more.

I do not think Manny was ever on anything but that does not matter. What does matter is what Floyd thought at the time. I am so pissed because @ Pac because he should have done what Holyfield did when Tyson demanded testing . . . role up his sleeve. I remember screaming every time this topic came up at the time . . .
