I have replied but as i say you keep repeating yourself so many times that i replied to another thread. yeah Devon whupped Maidana, it happened but you are acting as if Maidana hasn't changed trainer since and hasn't improved. Maidana isn't my idol but i respect and admire him unlike you who refuse to credit any of his wins, yet keep going on about a loss which he has recovered from. Most fighters lose fights, its how you bounce back.

In fact since then Devon has been booed out of the arena vs bailey, beat some bum, and then lost his World title. Maidana on the other hand has been in 2 fight of the year contenders with Karras and Lopez, winning both by stoppage. He beat a Bum by KO as well then beat Broner for the WBA title. As i say since Devon beat Maidana one has gone downhill and the over has gone up.

Anyway here is my original reply to a similar post from you (Devon).....

but the difference is that Maidana changed his trainer right after the Devon fight and has improved since that fight. Robert garcia has helped Marcos Maidana. If that Maidana had fought broner then Broner would have beat him pretty easily.

Maidana was going stale, had lost his passion(talked about retirement) and needed some guidance, especially to mix up shots more, as all he was doing for years was just throw the overhand right, vs Broner he kept landing jabs, body shots and 2 Kd's were left hooks.

Broner hasn't got the time to improve his low output, bad footwork and bad defense plus he won't be changing trainer from what i'm hearing, he has had this all of his fights but vs smaller guys he could just walk them down, he couldn't do that with Maidana. He has bad habits that are hard to break.

will he be a different fighter within the space of 3 or 4 months?. Throw more, get hit less, take shots better, showboat less, have better footwork, read maidana punches better? and most importantly actually know whether he is going upstairs or not, check the 2 kd's again?.

I wish him luck. (well not really, hope Maidana destroys him again, and i think he will)
