tarnished and ruined are completely different
if Floyd spends half his career telling us all how great he is, then never makes a fight with a fellow ATG fighting in and around his weight for years, its going to make his boasts ring very hollow

it would tarnish Floyd's reputation, but Floyd is still a great boxer and will be remembered as one
but if he wants to be compared to the very best, then he has a fight to make...and soon

Of corse not, Mr Mayweather is already down as one of the top 10 ATG's (maybe top 5)

Beating a washed up fighter who has been KO'd 3 times and outclassed about 8 times will not change that

I think what you meant to say is...beating a fellow ATG, even though it is 4 years too late, gives him some credit rather than none at all

how on earth can you rate Floyd that highly when the most defining fight of his career (and one of the most meaningful in the history of the sport) just passed him by?

Yes, bigtime. Floyd will be known as a good boxer who avoided the best.

*****s trying to justify floyd's ducking of a midget.

they can not justify the ducking so they are now trying really hard to paint pac the same size as floyd, like it will lessen the shame that floyd ducked pac.

answer the question! yes, the man is flat broke, hence his begging off a payday from floyd. Rememember, when he said he was coming to meet floyd? you biased jackasses!
