True but the flip side is Maidana recovered from the double:bbb body shots and had Khan in trouble for the rest of the fight.

Bring a rematch and watch Khan go down and unlike Maidana he would not get his a...SS up:bart

Khan still wins this one , beating Broner does not mean you beat everyone!!!

Khan is an unknown quantity at the moment, he's been inactive, and looks less confident since the Peterson and moreso the Garcia fights.
Maidana on the other hand has improved tenfold since the Khan fight, Maidana's jab and new found patience would be a major factor in a rematch, and he looks far more comfortable carrying the extra weight.
Having said all that, it was Khans speed that caused so many problems for Maidana in the first fight, and his lack of discipline meant that Maidana wasted punches and energy in the early rounds trying to land a big shot, by the time he finally nailed Khan he had little or no energy left to finish the job.
I still think its a pick em fight, but i'd give Maidana the edge due to his improvements, confidence, and the fact that he's been more active.

depends on which khan shows up to fight come fight night... if it's the khan who faced danny garica, carlos molina or julio diaz he will get KO'd within 3-4 rounds...

This, Khan in 2010 was a very good fighter but he ain't the same anymore, his legs(punch resistance related) have gone skinny since he left Ariza as well. in 2014 i think maidana wins.

i love maidana, always have BUT i dont see anything that tells me he improved. his performance against broner was cause broner was a clown and was hurt early and never truly recovered. against alexandria he looked terrible, and i mean terrible.

i would put my $$$ on khan beating him easier than last time and possibly by tko.
    yup i said it

If Khan can keep his tempo the whole fight like the 1st half of the fight, Khan wins... If Maidana hurts him at the beginning... Maidana by KO.

Terrible post, yep broner let Maidana hit him and hurt him, another poster to not give Maidana any credit. he was outboxing Boner as well as battering him, Broner couldn't work him out, whether he was going downstairs or upstairs.

Thank you sir. Another person who hasn't forgotten that Marcos got virtually shut out by C+ Alexander.

You are obsessed, you should be more critical of Broner then, seeing that Maidana who got beat by Devon beat broner. No one forgets that Maidana lost to Devon but you judge him on fights since and he has won every fight in good fashion.

I think most would make Maidana favorite although people forget it wasn't that long ago that Marcos was clowned by the very average Alexander who just succumbed to the pressure tactics of Porter.

Khan may just outbox and although he hurt Khan several times, it's not like Amir didn't hurt him too.

Dude, relax. are you on Marcos' payroll? WTF does Marcos winning NOW have to do with the fact that a C+ fighter clowned him badly? Nothing at all!!! If I'm obsessed that Alexander absolutely demolished him, you are obsessed that Marcos beat a ****ing lightweight clown. How's that feel? Marcos is not very good, neither is Broner. I just hope Marcos doesn't lose the rematch, because what very little credit I may give him goes out the window....
