I think most will agree that not fighting Pacquaio will hurt his legacy and he will be remembered for being a major reason why the biggest fight of the 21st century so far didn't take place.

The '0' is always a huge talking point of any undefeated retired fighter, look at Calzage for example, retired for 5 years and still one of the most talked about on this forum.

So all in all, Mayweather will be remembered for, in no particular order, a) ATG Defense b) Out-of-ring entertainer c) Not fighting Pacquaio d) Contraversial 0 and mythical H2H rankings.
