Currently we can't be completely sure who is stalling the fight from happening, that is the only thing we can be certain of.

 

Like I've said a million and six times, this idea that pacquiao has to "eat" to make weight his utter bull****. He's been coming in at 147 since he was fighting at 135. If he wasnt fit for the weightclass he would have been coming in at 136 or 137, like Floyd was doing. Pac is not that small.

if Floyd and Pac met at 135, Pac would have a 10 pound weight advantage on him.
